Redesign - New logo


Hello Everyone!

As You already know we have been working on new designes for Navajo Coin.
Today we are showing You two versions of the new logo - we would like to hear Your opinion and suggestions.
 

These designes also represents the direction we are planning to go in.
We want NAV to have much more modern and minimalistic style.
Colors used in the logo will also be the main colors for the new ANN opening post, website etc.

In my personal opinion the purple & blue version looks better.
It's much, much more original than the standard green one and it's connecting well with the name.

Purple and blue version is definitive better! I like the new style of colours and font. Looks very fresh and modern.

So my vote goes to.....PURPLE AND BLUE

Tough choice. They are both pleasing to the eye.

What about the artwork for the coin, ie the circular logo?

Nice work.

I like the concept of a transparent folded tape, and where the individual letters can
be seen as parts which form the main (N) logo.

The disappearance of the horizontal bar of A, it seems a bit a pity, it would have made
the concept more evident.

I have not understood a part of your comments: why purple is more well-connected
with the name?

I'd be slightly more favorable to the blue violet (and if there was even a touch of red,
perhaps it would be even better).

One possible change would be give the impression that the material is a stylized punched tape,
I believe that in this way it could have a different tech appeal, but maybe it's a reference
a bit too retro.   

Now I imagine which also the theme song must change, so I vote for (Deep) Purple,
although I would prefer more Pink Floyd.

We have a set which go from green to blue and another from purple to blue.

If not too a waste of time, would be possible have a complete set of letters,
just for closing the main colors spectrum  ?

I'm not sure if circular logo will be better, but we'll prepare that version too so You can tell us what You think

Update:

I'm currently working on Cooperation System, which will be ready before the end of this month.
Keep in mind that Cooperation System will be mostly used on our dedicated forum, which will go live next month.

Also I have a question regarding promotional video. The initial plan was to release it this month, but in my opinion it's worth to wait with it for July.
There's a few very good reasons for that:

We have a lot of new projects coming (Web & mobile wallet, Cooperation System, dedicated forum, process of redesigning ANN, logo, whitepaper and website, decentralization, masternodes etc.)
So it would be smarter to release them first and then present everything new we have in the video instead of making video without them.
Video is also pretty expensive, so it's stupid to order it two times in such a short time period.

Thanks. We're planning to decentralize our technology next month, that's the task pakage & soopy are focusing on.
It is the main target, but it's also the most difficult one and that's why it takes more time than other projects.

This new logo is low and wide.  When resized, the central N could become
relatively small.

Instead of a circle, what do you think of a oval?
It would be someway different from the others logo.

Aside this, to give a little more contrast at logo, I would inverted the
orientation of the circle fill gradient,  at the opposite side of the internal logo.
(i.e. the purple color at top right side)

(just two instantaneous thoughts, I'm not sure on results)

Of course it is better to release promotional video after all updates. It is the only one right decision! It is so stupid to pay for video which wont include main news. It must be PROMOTIONAL video, so we have to show our newest updates to bring new investors! And really please release it after this project. Everything must have correct order.


@ Strugg I also would thank you that you have accepted my idea of the weekly summary. I hope every Sunday evening we will get some words from Dev Team. Its really kind gesture.
