Hi guys, quick update from me.
I've spent some time this week setting up my new laptop for work on NAV. I have the wallet and the anonymous network back up and running and am starting to plug all the functions I've written into the network protocols this week.
The other thing I've done is update the NAV website. I've added 2 new pages; exchanges and social.
http://www.navajocoin.org/exchangeshttp://www.navajocoin.org/socialThis gives you all a clearer view of what platforms we are traded on and also where you can interact with the community.
I encourage everyone to put some NAV up for sale on some of the exchanges with low volume so we can introduce their users to our coin. I will be placing some orders on Yobit and Alcurex tomorrow morning to kick things off. If everyone just holds their coins we can't get new traders involved. We've got NAV on 5 exchanges now, the rest is up to you guys to start using them.
The navigation menu has been restructured by grouping the bounty and the charity pages under the 'Contribute' tab so we have room for the exchanges tab and adjusted the hierarchy. I've grouped the Social Channels, Foundation and Contact page together under the 'Community' tab. I've also added coinmarketcap.com to the tools drop down.
The projects page has been updated with the Bounty project moved to done and the percentages updated on the active projects.
Sophia has been busy talking to other exchanges getting us ready to get on those. I remind everyone to vote for us daily on cryptiopia:
https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/Home/VotingThe month has just reset, so we have the best chance of being at the top of the rankings if we all start now.
Alternatively, it does say that any coin which gets 5000000 DOT votes will be added immediately. I looked at their DOT market and it only equates to 0.75 BTC so if anyone is keen to pitch in, let me know and when we have 0.75 BTC worth of pledges, we can start voting with DOT and get us on the exchange immediately. I will start by pledging 0.1 BTC!
This may save us a lot of pain in the ass rather than voting every day for a whole month and missing out anyway, if a few people pledge $10 of bitcoin, we can get to the goal pretty quick.
Another service Sophia is actively trying to get us on is:
https://www.loaddebitcard.com which allows you to load debit cards with different cryptocurrencies.
That will be great if we can load a prepaid visa card with NAV for purchases in the real world!!
That's about it from me. I will have more programming development done on the decentralisation network for next update.
Cheers,
Craig.
