No it is certainly not okay to keep anything you are not entitled to.  With that said, I can see what support meant when they said it wasn't really over raked (net gain) because many people benefited from higher rake due to the rewards they got.  So those people are technically not entitled to the higher rewards either.

So for example if you are getting 100% tablestarter RB + VIP + Affiliate RB, you'd obviously be happy if the rake was as high as possible.  At any rate, this was a tough call and support had to make a tough decision.

How to get rakeback? Just the more you play the more rakeback? I only play tournaments and the 10% fees seems high to me.

I agree, there's no reason to refund the players who received at least all of the rake they paid back already.

Here's how it works:

Step 1

Go to your wallet. Open the table starter promo by clicking the Pick Tables button.



Step 2

Select a table from the list you want to play at.  To promptly find the table you are looking for in the list, please use your browser's search function (CTRL+F).

Based on my understanding the BBJ is currently active and will be paid out if hit.  I will get back to you about the other links mentioned.  Please understand that English is a 2nd language to certain support members and there may have been misunderstandings.  As far as I know most of my players and personal friends are beyond satisfied with the Poker Room and the WPN Shared Tournaments.  I understand your frustration, but Betcoin does have the right to make changes to promotions.  I would suggest that you resolve your issues via live chat.  Thanks!
