You cannot be serious. How and why would you ever think that? It's as if you have absolutely no clue whatsoever how Betcoin operates. There is a fixed rate for bitcoin that Betcoin sometimes changes daily. It is also always so much lower than any listed price at any exchange.

You are absolutely correct.  I had received confirmation that 'it is now in real time.'  However after inquiring more today I was told otherwise and that the rate will 'change a lot' or adjusted often.

The other day while preev had BTC at $762, betcoins conversion rate was $661.  Ouch.

What are you talking about?  There was an error in rake almost a year ago, which they've apologized and fixed, and sometimes there are bugs that halted rakeback update for a few days but was ALWAYS corrected and/or updated.  You said it yourself that they refunded you too much anyway, and now you're saying that was exactly how much you were missing....

Community has scammers, just like any other gaming establishment, and things can be censored if it's nagging about something and especially if it's a post by you.  I agree censorship is a bad part about the community, but overall the community is still more of an asset than a liability.

The conversion rate is being fixed and worked on as stated in recent post, and right now if you win you benefit from the conversion rate.

Okay, it doesn't deal with poker but deals more with their gaming provider for slots; has nothing to do with the poker room or this program.

I'm not denying the issue you mentioned, such as WPN tournaments not being tracked correctly for both VIP and affiliate rb, but that happened in mid 2015.  The problem I have is that you're using the present tense to describe old issues as if they're still happening.

The only issue that I've encountered in the last few months is that a small % of players have been skipped during VIP/affiliate updates and one would have to talk to live support so they can manually update it or wait until the following day or two for everything to be caught up.

I believe Twitchy was referring to the time when there were problems with the way Betcoin was updating WPN tournament rakeback back in 2015, when he was missing a decent amount of VIP points that he should have gotten for his tourney play.

Mid-March they unbanned me for some reason (honestly no idea why).  First thing I did was bump my ticket.  They asked how much I was missing, I said 2.5-5btc depending on some factors.  They paid me 3 btc and upgraded my VIP level.

By the way, I have no doubt I could of demanded some amount of Bitcoin back in October and just moved on.  Instead I attempted to try to get them to find a solution and also repay every affected player.  Obviously I wasn't successful.

Now, Xiao seems to be implying that these issues are fixed.  I'd like to know why he is now assuming that these issues are in the past...is it because nobody is complaining?  Or because Betcoin started giving a shit about an issue they previously did not and decided to fix the problem rather than just pay the players who realized what was going on and fuck the rest?

The reason so few have ever complained  is because so few are even aware.   There is no easy way for a player to track their WPN tournament play.  Betcoin offers nothing, sharkscope offers limited data, and PT4/HEM2 is not reliable when it comes to re-entries, rebuys, add-ons etc.  It's a pain in the ass to figure out how much is missing, and an even bigger pain in the ass dealing with William and Andrew who, if you're lucky, will eventually pick a number out of the air and pay up.  

It's a whole lot easier to just play and see how much you get back, and not think twice about it, which is what pretty much everyone that still plays at betcoin chooses to do.  This is not acceptable.

-If you want to keep track on your own, here are the types I believe are most likely to not reward appropriately:

  High buyin special tourneys like the $1m guar, Cage and Sunday Specials.  

  Any re-entries

  Satellites that end while still in late reg

 
PS If you satellite into a tournament and get auto-regged, you don't get rewarded.  However, if you register for the target event directly with cash and then win the seat, you should be rewarded and receive the value of the seat in cash.

I've been getting consistent WPN data from my players so it's obviously tracking tournaments.  You're probably right about satellites and re-entries.  Maybe some other players could chime in on exactly what is and what isn't tracked for WPN tourneys.
