Sorry but post like these make me think that it written from an PUMP AND DUMP , this is just going to to create HYPE

honestly fuck most coin - either VRC merge together and create 1 supper coin - or you keep building BTCD , you cant do both . \
this is just going to kill the market price of BTCD and pump VRC ( or was that your plan Huh)

James has often posted that this is not a zero-sum game. i.e. helping vrc does not hurt btcd.

Also, he stated this is a long term personal project. Obviously teleport and other features are coming as soon as possible.

clearly you have not look at the price movement of both BTCD or VRC

really why do we need  100 different coin ,  i think half the shitcoin out there  should be shutdown and merge as one coin

I think James is trying to take crypto main stream so if that's the case.......I think it'll end up as different coins will be like different denomination fiat....example you'd pay for a car with BTC you'd pay for a motel with

BTCD, you pay for a coffee with BBR or whatever coin's that make it into the super network that you hodl. If crypto goes mainstream we are going to need a big supply to meet demand. So I think there is room for coins

that bring something new to the game .....it's a big world out there with lots of opportUNITY for those that dare to dream

Jon

This is complete bullshit

The best idea is having 1 coin ... I can buy a coffee here and the person receiving know that there hard work will be paid with some which they then can use to buy/trade with some thing latter

We don't need more coin we need less . We need to know that some thing I have is equal to a value you want .

I not going to have 5o different wallet

THIS ACCOUNT WAS HACK > SORRY FOR ANY ONE THAT HAS DEALT WITH THIS ACCOUNT.

Ok so we have to have like a gut feeling to trust millions.

Why do I feel like im being targeted and called a FUDer just for simply  asking if there is proof of developer. This isnt the NXT community. So just asking who is holding my money, and wondering why its such a secret? What are you reasons to stay hidden?

Its like my walking into a bank with a balaclava then acting confused when people think im doing something dodgy, then rufusing to take then mask off and claiming that im trustworthy

Not a gut feeling. By the way, gut feelings help since all cognitive knowledge is integrated with affect regulation. But that's a side point.
It's pretty logical. Look at completed projects. Look at reputation. Look at self-interest.
I suppose it could all be some sort of long game to destroy crypto from within, or to take down the alts and restore Bitcoin's fortunes. Yeah, that's probably what's going on. Definitely.
Or maybe the simplest explanation is the best. Collaboration is productive. So is innovation. So is network effect. So is rewarding the people who work hard. And the best way to go about achieving that is... ?

Stop trolling. Its just as safe with me as it is with you, as we are both unknown, unverified people on the internet. I know its all good to say your a millionaire and just gave away millions blah blah, but I can also speak those words. Im just saying the community would feel safter if you identified yourself or had some sort of proof of identity.

Even if you disregard the supernet for 2 seconds, you all still have 100s of btc worth of bitcoindark in premine at this stage. We would all feel a little safer if you had verification. If the community is reading this, dont be a pansy, and if you agree with me, voice it, +1 me. Just to show james its not just me that would like POD.

-suchnekky

1) Risky...

2) But it's not true in your case, and everyone knows it. jl777 is well-known in the NXT and BTCD communities. Regardless of identity (which counts for little either way, if you've ever heard of bluemeanie, Karpeles, some guy called Satoshi Nakamoto, etc, etc), there is an alignment of interests here. Running away with his stake - even if that were possible - would render it worthless.
For those unaware of James' reputation, this is a powerful argument.

Im sorry James's reputation proceeds him. He has never showed unfair or injustice as far as Im aware in the crypto community. I don't care about his identity he has proved he is trustworthy from his history as far as im concerned.

usually you are borderline trollish, but I do agree with you here, we do need a single currency.
this is possible to create the illusion of such things.
now in fiat there are many currencies, so this multicurrency issue is not just a crypto problem
the instantDEX it will use Tradebots to autoconvert from any currencies you have to what the merchant needs
at some point the user wont even have to know what the merchant was paid in, it would just display for the user in his selected currency how much it costs

this is my multicolored pen idea. click the different part to change the color, just the tradebots will do this automatic
so, good idea!

Suchnekky, Satoshi Nakamoto is more elusive than James. Would you ask him for a proof of developer? You are being obnoxious. Either trust James and invest or don't and don't invest. I have invested around a luxury sedan in BTCD and an expensive wedding into Supernet. The only confirmation I needed is James' proof of work. I don't care about his true identity, let alone it being confirmed by a self proclaimed white knight of developer vetting. Crypto is a high risk high reward / total loss environment, proven identity of a developer isn't going to change that. What would you do if the market tanks? Sue him for lost revenue? Nobody coerces you to invest, its your call.

I don't mean this condescending, but if you can't stand the heat stay out of the kitchen.

Here is my plan to take down bitcoin:

Is not bitcoin a crypto? The crypto?
Of course the bitcoiners they are laughing at all the altcoins looking as snot kittens https://nxtforum.org/index.php?topic=1437.msg96376#msg96376 so we must become one big SuperNET to be the size matching the bitcoin. Then we are easily to convince bitcoiners to also be UNITY as each coin is still active, thriving as part of SuperNET. It is only much easier to make the long distance phone call. So, once you are getting this ability to call anybody in the world with few buttons, then this is very hard to lose.

I ask a question: How many people who are in the altcoins are never using the bitcoin?

So, you see, there is no difference between the altcoin peoples and the bitcoin peoples, except for some small bitcoin only guys. They are maybe always in their own island, but this is OK. SuperNET is about choice. if they dont want to make the long distance calls, they never have to click the "Enter Supernet" button. The SuperNET it is only a way for everybody to connect. it is not some monster to eat a coin!

So, the SuperNET it is just a copy of the internet for the websites, but the internet for the coins. A website joining the internet it is not losing anything, it only gains a global audience. A website that is running with no connection, this is the crypto without connection to the SuperNET.

All coins, in fact any software will be able to connect to the SuperNET API and to all the other peoples connected to it. It is not needed to be inside the SuperNET core to be able to use the SuperNET.

Now I hope you are understanding better the SuperNET. the bitcoin it is not separate, it is the coin every altcoiner is already using.

James

I invest around 20BTC in BTCD and now it 2x. I also invest 5 BTC for SUPERNET and I do not need jl777's identity but his trustworthiness.
I admire his debate on IRC: http://pastebin.com/qr81Y52q and encourage him to talk more with devs, project managers... but not trolls on many threads these days.
Good luck our SUPERNET!

I'm looking to purchase around 5 BTC-worth of BTCD and am trying to do so via mgwBTCD on the Nxt asset exchange, but volumes there seem to have dried up a bit lately.  I'm offering 170-175 NXT (5-8% premium to the current fair value of 161).  If interested, you can either go fill some of those bids or you can message me if you want to make a trade off-exchange.

I have 45 btcd assets that has been sitting around for a while, most is in the wallet for staking, and I don't mind selling them off to your buy order to help. Looks like someone has placed a bid for 1 NXT higher so it will eat up the first five but you should get the rest.

Just saw that fill - many thanks.  Still looking to buy another 100-200 mgwBTCD, so anyone else who wants to pick up those bids, feel free.

Ok well thats all I was wondering. If theres any proof of dev. Just a question. As I thought it was valid in this situation. No need for the whole team to go apeshit. I thought it was a legitimate question. But apparently if im not chanting "BTCDto mooon!!"  then in an apparent troll.

Is teleport being worked on right now?

if so, is it safe to expect to see a beta or working teleport this month?

I was angry with my monero
I told my coin, my coin did end.
I was angry with my investment
I told it not, my investment did not grow.

And I covered it in dark.
Night and morning with my sweet code
And I sunned it with super network
And with soft deceitful hash rate.

And it grew both day and night,
Till it bore an apple bright.
And my foe beheld it shine.
And he knew that it was mine,

And into my garden stole
When the night had veiled the pole;
In the morning glad I see
My foe outstretched beneath the tree.

i hate you monero!

what do you think ?

It is a legitimate question but from what I've read before he's never going to out himself so I guess you have to weigh that up in regards investing.
Its completely ridiculous your question is seen as trolling and the attempts to marginalise you are not cool.

I think it's a fair question to ask. The way it is asked is a different matter Smiley
It's a legitimate question, and the answer to which most people (especially those participating in SuperNET) have come is 'we have enough to satisfy us'.
Not a sine qua non, clearly. It might put a proportion of people off.

it is a legitimate question, and it was answered many times that he/she/it won't reveal it .

i expect from someone that would like to invest, to read the whole thread, since this question was answered before.
