Ummm that's pretty damn exciting if I understood it correctly. actually you probably only are understanding the tip of the iceberg, if you know what I mean  Is there a way to get a summary of what all of that means? |

The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

interesting stuff. I'm new to BTCD so a little unclear on what the chat is about, but it seems like they're talking about sending BTCD and having it automatically exchanged for NXT or something? Built in exchange functionality I suppose?

I am working on release now, of the first part of the transformation. it is not what anybody expects. MGW is part of the puzzle, so is InstantDEX, Teleport, Telepathy and more. James |

The latest shift for the BitcoinDark multipool paid out over 93 BTCD to miners on all three algos! We need to have some more mining support over here at this pool. Prices are low still so this is a good reason to point more hash at the pool. These prices won't last for much longer as BTCD and SuperNET are nearing their v1 release. We have a new multipool in development. This will in effect combine our existing two pools into one which will allow for combined mining efforts increasing the profitability as well as improved statistics and mining features. Everything trades through BTCD just like on the Ripple network everything trades through XRP... One can view BTCD and XRP as "liquidity" currencies... though BTCD also holds all the anon tech. (2) Because of it's special status... The entire BTCD blockchain is stored in RAM using highly compressed "ramchains"... Facilitating near-instant transactions and other optimal events. (3) In a similar way, JLH with be used as the "reference" asset for Nxt asset-to-asset trades. (4) This will result is a dramatic uptick in liquidity for both BTCD and JLH (and liquidity is valuable, just look at LTC). (5) Because 5% of SuperNET revenues will be paid to BTCD stakers in BTCD... Buying all that BTCD will result in constant upward pressure of BTCD. |

If BTCD "holds all the anon tech" what is the point of including Boolberry? to anonymize the entry/exit into the Teleport system the MGW will be creating telepods for users, so all telepods would just link back to the MGW acct. However, there is still a vulnerability in getting the funds to the MGW. The sending out of the telepods is protected, but if the attacker can see that you paid X amount to MGW, well this is probably not good. By using cryptonote to fund the MGW to send the telepods, I think this is a stronger anon setup. James |
