There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

You didn't read on the ANN page that person who started this topic wrote name of primary developers. There is a link where he stated that developer of this coin is developer of PayProCoin so no mystery here.
Anyway addnodes ?

@Shadow_Runner I must say one thing to you, you are constantly jumping into new coins fetching lot of blocks from the start on low diff then dumping those coins at the moment they hit some exchange.
There is nothing wrong with that, your way of work, but each time you fail to fetch lot of blocks on launch or when reward for the block is low at the start you begin to talk that coin is no good or that developer made some kind of fraud.
I m sorry but I had to say.

It's obvious fair launch is fair. Not only for me. I had no luck with many coins launched smoothly and I'm not saying they are scam etc. But when coin launches with cheat I speak about what I see. No more no less.
Problem is people ignore this. And then they wonder why dev dump and leave the coin... No sorry for them then. Really.

why is the file of the wallet called NewPiggycoin-Qt v1.1.2.0?

How is it possible to verify that it is without virus?

Thank you

Dude, they're 0 reward blocks. Who cares?

Just principle. If you're sayin coin launch at N time then launch it at that time.

Payprocoin ... SCAM ALERT  Roll Eyes

for the record:

i am not the same dev as payprocoin. i did, however, copy the tabling format used by the paypro dev, because that looked to me the most suitable format to start work from.

this is my first coin, and it is definitely not my last.

UPM is merely a stepping stone for all future coins that will fall under the Utopia Project, coins which will all share the same core values as laid out in our very first whitepaper outlining Proof-of-Utopia. all future spawns of the Utopia Project will work in synergy with UPM, and expand the current ecosystem for all to thrive in.

i would have loved to stick to the pre-planned schedule, but they more often than not work out different from how you imagined, especially with tight deadlines.

on the other hand, life is always an ongoing experiment. if you have so much time to look for new coins to make a quick buck from, spend some of that time reading my 5 whitepapers about this coin. all you should do, is to learn. remember, money is irrelevant; only coins are.

Why is the wallet called NewPiggyCoin?

because it is cloned from piggycoin's new wallet. or do you think i should build a new wallet from scratch with my matrix level coding skills, so that i can code an existing product? hmmmm.... such choices..

why is the file of the wallet called NewPiggycoin-Qt v1.1.2.0?

How is it possible to verify that it is without virus?

Thank you

over 30 people have downloaded it, you can ask others for verification if you dont have an AV scanner.
