My wallet is still not syncing, strange, what can it be?

Just installed it, then got an error, re-opened and it worked all the time (except for being offline) and it still is offline.

Where is this file?  Is it the one you would click on to open the wallet?  I extracted the files to my download folder.  Upon finding the appdata folder I can drag that file here?  I tried the file I extracted but that does not seem to bring the wallet on-line.  Sorry I am learning!  Any thoughts?

Extract both GROUPCoin-qt.exe and GROUPCoin.conf where you like, for example c:\Groupcoin\
Then run GROUPCoin-qt.exe
If ERROR appear, close it and run again
If wallet not synced, copy GROUPCoin.conf to your appdata/roaming/groupcoin folder, close the wallet and run again.

Unfortunately I am away so cannot check wallet, I'm sure they are sitting their waiting for me now - it seems like GPC had a successful launch so congratulations bosman, I look forward to future implementations.
