Meanwhile, I woke up to 4 new blocks while you guys waste mining time on pools that only half work.  Huh

Solo is where it's at.
How many GB/TB do you have?

15TB plotted so far. I'd solo mine with 3TB or higher. This coin is still young enough to solo mine, don't waste it pool mining especially while there still seems to be issues with pools. Be realistic while solo mining, don't get scared about not finding a block 6 hours in to solo mining and switch back to pool. Stick with it for a few days, you'll see that you're making more than if you were pool mining.

how do you switch back to solo mining after pointing to pools? do you need to change the reward assignment address again?

Can someone please help me with that GPU plotter? I have two Nvidia Geforce GT 750M cards on a Laptop each with 2048 MB memory size. This is the error I get:
What am I doing wrong here?

Looks like you ran out of memory.  Try reducing the stagger size.

Just had a hiccup in the private pool. Should be running normally (UI is frozen, will look into). Payments should go out as normal.

Still looking for miners with above 2tb capacity for a private 0 fee pool! Fast and fair payments, with way less load and nonce submission errors than public pools.

Please PM me if interested.

gpuPlotGenerator.exe generate 0 0 "E:\plots" 11113333444455566 15100000 7368000 8000 64 1024

What am I doing wrong here?
Try with other value of stagger size (8000)

ugh, running 3 miners and I'm using nearly 7/8 gb ram.  Does this seem high to anyone else?

Sadly, no.

If you're using windows 7, make sure prefetch and superfetch are disabled.

5238 TB now at https://bchain.info/BURST/tools/calculator .. Grow faster than I'm initially estimated. Feel like increasing my HDD size soon.

Total Network of 4655 TB. Should be 5000 TB by this week.

... guess you're stuck with JAVA unless you start mining with a Linux virtual machine.

Which should have at most a very minor impact on your mining performance

To be honest I haven't compared the RAM usage but JAVA being the memory hog it is, I assume it eats a lot more than the C version.
Just realized that the "burst-pool-miner" mining software absolutely RAPES my pagefile...
I launch the software and within a few seconds the disk queue shoots up to 6-10, and the pagefile I/O's shoot to 100,000,000+!!!
