Im using a amd 8350 liquid cooled and doing about 65 kh with wolf-m7m-cpuminer-x64-0122-corei7 is this the same program then the v2 or is the v2 even newer?
v2 is nearly the same as the one you're using (won't be much different). I'll be compiling it in following days, or Spexx may do that too. Keep an eye on the OP. Right now there is no windows miners compiled yet. The easy way is under linux, compiling pretty same as the original miner except running with -e option (omitting -e option will be exactly same as the another V2 miner)

Is that normal for i7 4770 to run at the speed of 82kh/s ?? thanks~
Someone having i7 may tell that; what's the original speed? 4770k overclocked to 4.4 , t 8 (8 threads) is hashing max 115 at 94 watts t 6 (6 threads) is about your speed with joelao95s v2 i7 wolf0 miner at 3.9 is 10, 15 khash less if you not using cpu for something else than it would be even more lower hope that helps goldlabel try joelaos v2 generic is good with amd visheras, 8320 oced to 4,5 to 4,8 is hashing at 100+ khashs

Guys, probably you'd better to run the miner at full speed; we got reasonably "good" payout in the past two days. http://xmg.makejar.com/xmg-per-day/Date Total Coins Generated POW POS Total Blocks POW Blocks POS Block 27.01.2015 5 212.14023786 XMG 5 199.21421990 XMG 12.92601796 XMG 1409 441 968 26.01.2015 5 104.13173231 XMG 5 090.20809468 XMG 13.92363763 XMG 1408 444 964 To mention, because of the dynamic change of block reward and thus the quit of some miners (we did see some big miners have gone), constant mining will pay you out the best in my view, that's basically what the title meant "proof of mining", think about it.

My wallet stopped staking, after using the new miner on the same machine. I put the new miner off for a while, staking starts again.
Weird : This doesn't happen with the earlier miners.
What's the reason?

Good job !!!
I've tried to play on market. No motion there. Why? Any ideas?
Volume is low as - many people keep their coins in the wallet (PoS) and don't sell them - Magi doesn't get the exposure it deserves, means not many buyers that could increase the price As Magi doesn't have an expensive marketing (currently 111magic and myself do most of the marketing), we need the community to spread the word. With the launch of MagiPay we are able to get acceptance from merchants. With more places to spend XMG, there will automatically be more demand which also will increase the price and volume. Right words again, Jaw!

There is no reason for that at all and I suspect that it is just a coincidence. Is it something that you can reproduce reliably at will? I have not observed such behavior myself. The wallet will not stake all the time anyway. On another note, anybody using the Windows 32 bit miner (latest V2 with http support) under a Windows 64 bit environment is going to be disappointed. I have a generic 64 bit miner (latest V2 with http support) for Windows compiled using vanilla Cygwin64. It is usable and the quickest I have seen yet but it is not as fast I can get it and I need to play around with some stuff to support AVX and AVX2 as well. Give me a while and I will zip it up and post a link.

They are very happy with xmg and will spread the word xmg for best mining coin. So The Fruits clan is busy to spread the word. currently 20 miners ;0) thx

Windows mining software. Spexx-Wolf0-V2 - AlphaI now have something for both 32 and 64 bit environments that should run on any CPU and support both stratum and http. Please note that I have not had time to do extensive testing so you are all testing this for me The 32 bit version is the same as the one that I linked earlier. The 64 bit version is once again compiled with vanilla Cygwin64 with a few custom tweaks. My apologies for the small army of required dll files with these miners. 32 bithttps://www.dropbox.com/s/dgridplxdegxf1h/Spexx-Wolf0-V2-Win32-XMGminerd.zip64 bithttps://www.dropbox.com/s/ydk8z59wwgysh1e/Spexx-Wolf0-V2-generic-Win64-XMGminerd.zipIf you are using my autominer suite, the easiest way to use these new miners is to open an Explorer window, navigate to C:\XMGminer (or the folder you installed it to) and create a new sub-folder called, say, wolfv2-32 or wolfv2-64 as required and unzip the files to that new sub-folder. Now edit the file cpucore.dat which should contain just one line reading 32bit, generic, avx or avx2, changing the line to read wolfv2-32 or wolfv2-64 and save the file. Restart the autominer. Happy hashing PS. I found that Google Chrome blocked the download of the 64 bit file. If you experience this then go into Chrome Settings, Advanced Settings and disable Phishing and Malware Protection. The miner is not malware. The file has been submitted to virustotal.com and is correctly identified as a miner.

Ensure that you run the minerd at low priority and the wallet at normal (or above normal) priority. That might do the trick.

On Intel CPUs I get better results, but with AMD worst..hmmmm strange :/ On AMD (8 core FX8320) is always ~50% CPU usage (doesn't matter if I mine with -t 2 or -t 7)

Dev,any development plan in 2015?
Any development plan? Although I'm not the dev, I will answer it (he'll be online in a few hours). Please check the OP for more details, search for Timeline. Our standalone payment gateway is currently in beta-testing and will be launched soon. With it, we are independent of any payment processors and allow merchants to accept payments in XMG. Due to this fact, we are currently contacting local companies, webshops and so on, tell them about Magi and ask them to accept it as payment method. Recently some improved mininig software versions have been released by wolf0, Spexx and Joe with the goal to give miners with lower hashrate a better tool to compete with the "big boys" who raised the network hashrate significantly. Although this is a step back, it's necessary to make mining more profitable for the usual miner with a normal hashrate. In general, it's our vision and goal to make mining easier, consuming less energy and ressources. Long-term, we want to achieve that you can mine i.e. with only 50, 60 or 70% CPU usage and still make profit. Furthermore, we're planning a marketplace where people can sell their items and get paid in XMG. Electrum and Android app, donation plugins and P2Pool are more ideas. If you have ideas, let us know. We appreciate any community input.
