That’s true, but why settle for less than half the profit of other cpu mineable coins?
maybe he just wants to annoy you or maybe statistics is faked by magi team so not a lot of new coins are given away! Ok?? I’m not annoyed by it at all. Doesn’t bother me who mines what. Just an observation that if it indeed a bot farm of sorts, the are settling for way less money than they could be earning. |

Just an FYI, I am done with www.xpoolx.com, too many issues there. My XMG has disappeared twice, and although they resolved the issue the first time, it was not without raising a stink to get their attention. This time there has been no response to my support email. Also yesterday, I was contacted on Slack by a user claiming to show me a 'hack' that enabled him to generate more than his shares, and he claimed xpool was using it against their pool members to keep profits. I do not claim to understand the 'hack', what it does exactly or how it is used, but I wanted to share the info. Please resend it and ill solve your problem instantly. Also i can't view that link cause i need an account and i can't register. The only hack i know you are talking about is a fake share hack than the users are using on the pools. First of all - I have been following this forum for the last few months and find it every interesting and it also contains a lot of useful information. Thank you to all the developers, admins and contributors how make this coin what it is and I hope this can continue since it seems to be a great project.
Now, I hope someone can give me some advice.
I have transferred some XMG on two occasions from my Coin Magi Wallet to Crytopia. On the 7th Jan and again on the 15 Feb. I’m still waiting for the XMG to show up in my Crytopia wallet. I can see the confirmation status in my Coin Magi Wallet is all good. I have checked the address I’m sending to and it is correct.
I’m running Coin Magi wallet ver1.4.5.3 which I believe is the latest version. (I have transferred XMG from Crytopia back to me Coin Magi Wallet about 2 weeks ago and that was fine).
I have logged a couple of support tickets with Crytopia but no response yet.
What to do next?

First of all - I have been following this forum for the last few months and find it every interesting and it also contains a lot of useful information. Now, I hope someone can give me some advice.

The explanation is easy. If you take a look at the pool, the hashrate is ridiculously high, that's because the shares are not parsed correctly by the pool. For example, If you make a share of 0.1 the pool interpret it as 100 value share, so the shares are more hight than the spected. The other thing that cause that's percentages is the diff, difficulty varies a lot and with great jumps, so it's not the same the expected shares for 0.1 difficulty as for 8 diff. Im working to fix it so when it's fixed the hashrates will become normal. I think in two or three days i'll finish the fix. |

Hi guys, I'm "playin'" with MAGI for a while and decided to setup a pool 'for the challenge' and to learn a bit more about how this all works  I decided to use NOMP and MPOS as portal. I did manage to add the m7m algo, added all dependencies like for other coins, rebuilt multi-hashing after making the changes ... everything looks fine when I start NOMP but when I connect with a miner, I get this : /home/magi/.nvm/versions/node/v8.9.4/bin/node: symbol lookup error: /home/magi/nomp/node_modules/stratum-pool/node_modules/multi-hashing/build/Release/multihashing.node: undefined symbol: sph_sha256_init Any help would be appreciated  (more infos available, ask me) Thanks !!! I think im not understand what is the problem with the pool cause there's is nothing abnormal at that image. As i said the pool is not reflecting the KH's correctly but take a look at the shares there is not a great difference between the miner with 76khs and the miner with 0.4 khs. At the time of block payout the pool get all the shares and distribute the block to the users by theis contribution. The pool is working correctly and nobody is stealing nothing. Stop that difamation. |
