We wouldnt want anyone missing out on this!

No one is selling and I recommend those with sell walls to remove them if they do not want to feel left behind

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

for some reason I cannot connect to the ShadowCash network using the Cold Wallet for Windows. It says 0 active connections and the refresh symbol keeps looping saying that the wallet is syncing. I feel nub...Lol
I tried it both with & without the bootstrap.dat...still same results. Would like to get my Cold Wallet up soon so I can stake...Then some BTC will be flowing in. =D

Thx 4 the help!~

I had some sync issues a couple weeks ago, it seemed there was a small fork issue, which then caused the sync problem.  To fix it, someone told me to go to the wallet and click help, then click debug window, then select the console tab and type "rewindchain 249000", then press enter.  Then wait a while. I guess this rolls back the blockchain and then re-syncs it.  This worked for me and others, so maybe try that.

this is the error i received

Block number out of range. (code -1)

You're most likely not past that block yet.
I would delete your peers and blockchain files.
Alternatively, if you're good at figuring stuff out on your own, you could open the debuglog and try to figure out why you arent connecting to any peers.

Someone may be able to help you out with a config file with active nodes in it.

Just discovered shadow and absolutely love the idea and the claims it makes and I definitely will start paying attention to this coin and will have my full support after I do a Lil more research and see everything is what n it seems.
Having said that however, I had a huge red flag/deja vu feeling while going through their site. The whole lay out, feel, features, general mechanics (on this I may be wrong, I'm no cryptographer) and even b the logo itself are frighteningly reminiscent of cloakcoin for those who remember. I had high hopes for cloak and supported it as I thought (read: hope) it would be revolutionary but in the end it flopped and was abandoned and I lost a nice chunk of $ in that endeavor when it's value literally vaporized into thin air.

Does anyone know if this Dev team is in any way related to the cloakcoin fiasco? Forgive me if all this has been asked/cleared up earlier but as soon as I saw that site I literally dropped was I was doing and was compelled to come here and see what you guys thought/knew regarding my concerns.
 Huh Huh Huh

I've been into Btc since Q2 2011 and have gone through a lot of ups and downs in my crypto adventures and now I'm very cautious border lining on the paranoid some would say, which I hate because I l love the community and love the technology but unfortunately there are many many bad actors behind the scenes with less then pure motives we need to protect ourselves against!

I completely forgot my original username or even email I used for my original account here as I haven't posted here in years and have always been more of a lurker them poster on bitcointalk which is why this is fresh account with no prior posts. I am not trolling here, I just want to know if anyone else noticed this or can enlighten me so I can feel better about supporting and taking a chance on yet another new alt coin.
Thanks in advance  Cool

TL;DR: shadow reminds a lot of cloak coin, are two related in any way, is it same Dev team?

The idea of creating ShadowBlockchain platform with own tokens, assets, financial tools and ecosystem instead of using BTCblockchain network is very very exciting!

This coin will be bigger then Darkcoin, why do you think the wanted a merged.
The Tech is superiour to Darkcoin, even with full proof anon transaction, the price didn't jump (which was very suprising to say atleast)

people are now starting to notice this coin, so by end of this year we will be ahead of Darkcoin:)

We already are ahead of DRK , like 1 tech year!
And we are patient community, not pumping anything but the tech and superior look of Shadow.
Every day, every month, we are stronger. Distribution going better.
Price is also good for new ppl to jump in.

Just wait for review and PR work in next weeks. I can only imagine that storm what is coming!
This article on deepdotweb gave much attention to SDC in few days.

If zero knowledge was revolution in 2014 , I think Shadow Market would be a top product in 2015.

Long trip of innovations and wins are in front of Shadow.   Take your seat and enjoy!

30k in sight  Smiley

I'll match your 30k with a brief stop at 90k on its way up Wink    Its always been obvious.  Even with a crappy altcoin market and a falling BTC the moment. When the big update came out and the fork happened without a hitch it 100% confirmed my belief that this was clearly one of top coins to be a part of.   I respect all other coin devs,  However this is how it goes.  XC,DRK had they're moments in the sun at the time they hit they're own peaks.  We will have ours too once the crytpo community actually catches on.

How are we doing by way of translations, Chinese especially?
Would be good to have some OP translations and some foreign language PR material.

Perhaps Chinese speakers could make themselves heard in IRC (see OP for details)?
I think we're good for German and French (judging from irc membership) but Spanish and Portuguese I'm not sure about.

Other languages needed too. Come in IRC and see how you might be able to help!

OK not so fast! You can't compare the price of a coin with active mining and more coins available to a PoS coin with 6 million available.

For SDC to become what's in my vision, it would need a market cap in the tens of billions of USD. This would make the price of the coin in the thousands of dollars, not "satoshis."

The reason why BTC is here to stay and other similar alts with slightly better tech have not been able to catch up is that BTC was available and widely accepted before any alts appeared. For SDC to achieve that value it needs to gain similar acceptance in the dark community before another zk coin appears (which it surely will) and is able to catch up.

Try ShadowCash, the first coin with instant and decentralized private transactions!

I agree not to get carried away. Some people just get more excited than others sometimes.

However, you can compare prices of PoW coins and PoS coins. Active mining and Active staking are both viable blockchain stablilizers. And Shadow actually has more coins than Darkcoin. Add in 2000 masternodes with 1000 a piece in them that can't move and there are close to 2x more SDC "available" than DRK. Great news for Shadow!

Not really a point cause every cryptocurrency has infinite decimals.

In summary, the Intel Management Engine and its applications are a backdoor with total access to and control over the rest of the PC. The ME is a threat to freedom, security, and privacy, and the libreboot project strongly recommends avoiding it entirely. Since recent versions of it can’t be removed, this means avoiding all recent generations of Intel hardware. details https://libreboot.org/faq.html#intelme --- https://tehnoetic.com/laptops --- https://store.vikings.net/x200-ryf-certfied

Yes , ut after two or three decimals it doesn't matter.
