Yes, is there any news on reclaiming shares? Several issuers have already starting paying out on some of my shares. It looks like many issuers which GBF apparently holds have already got the shareholder lists from Nefario.

Also, as the GBF assets sheet shows that you had invested 1000 btc with ziggy star, have you got any plans to take legal action to try to recover any of this?

I know this must be a lot of work for you, but I think it would be a good time to have an update on the situation as these last few days have thankfully brought some progress at last.

Ditto.

Yes,
I have started the reclaim process of several of our asset,
I go through all off the emails I have gotten and post a complete list of which assets we have reclaimed and which we are still waiting on.

I believe that it will be hard to take legal action as it has been hard to identify Ziggy completely as he seems to he using several alias and real names. Though I know other community members who plan to take legal action which I have supported.

Sure no problems, I plan to spend some more time on updating spreadsheets etc during this weekend Smiley

I have reclaimed and sold off ABM.
I have claimed and am waiting for a good chance to sell of LTC-MINING and COGNITIVE.
I have received Dividends from BFL,BFL.RIG and MergedMining.
I have also gotten confirmation emails from a couple of other assets and confirmed our holdings, but no exchange has been chosen and no payments has gone out.
I will compile a complete list as well as a total BTC collected during the next couple of days Smiley

Probably not, Who wants to be a victim of Identity theft? The ones who did send that info.
I would count GigaMining as a loss!

I will not count it as a loss,
I am going to fix all the documents, but as you can understand it will take some time for me to prepare them and get them signed.
But it will be done sooner or later, I have regular contact with James (gigaVPS) so once I get the documents ready it shouldn't take that much time Smiley

It's now well over a week, and no information or communication from you.

Please can you give an update on the state of collection of assets and estimated payout.

You should look here for an example of how things should be done:

Great update, thanks DeadTerra.
Those shares which you have no way to sell, you can just leave them in your portfolio and they can make dividends for all GBF shareholders, until everything will be paid off.
As example, I can put myself - I received back ONLY 5.26% funds I paid in to Gamma Bitcoind Fund. I can wait longer to get my all money back if you cannot sell some shares.

Great. Thank you for the update.

When are you thinking about making a payout?
When we reach a substantial amount of Bitcoins, as I do the payouts manually doing them every say 50 Bitcoins will be a hassle for me, so I will wait until we have a couple of hundred BTC then send them out.

No problems Smiley thanks for the patience.
Indeed that was the intention to funnel the dividends to the paybacks for GBF.
As I have stated previously, the amount you will get back is the amount I can liquidate or receive from dividends, I can't promise 100% nor do I believe we can achieve 100% payback. Just wanted to make that clear.

I am aware we may not reach 100%, but at least I believe you will try to keep it going with dividends as long as possible.

Of course, if I can't liquidate the assets then all dividends paid by that asset automatically goes to GBF as it's owned by GBF.
I will do my very best to maximize the amount liquidated.

You can do an informal trade facilitated by the ASICMINER team as friedcat (IIRC) said he will honor shares traded between people.

The bids I received were to low for me to sell them, so I decided to keep them for now until there's a open market or we start getting dividends Smiley
