Monero need is Strong hands!

Plenty here, personally it's been a buy for me since it was first listed on Polo and I have not regretted a single Monero I have bought.

Robust coin, robust (and steadily growing) army of strong-handed supporters.

XMR-heads play the long game.

XMR/BTC bounced off the 12 hour 200 MA at Polo:

If the 12 hour 200 MA holds great! Use it as support to add to a long position. Monero does have a tendency to surprise, so if the 12 hour 200 MA is breached look for next support at the one day 200 MA:

Total crypto market cap continues to surge higher:

http://coinmarketcap.com/charts/

XMR is a Top 10 coin and it will likely continue to rise, along with the rest of the top ones.  Of course some will drop and some will rise, but the anonymous nature of Monero is a big plus and DASH/XMR/ZEC are the Top 3 there.   So great long-term prospects for XMR.

And short-term, it has sold off quite a bit and due for more of a rebound and then to higher highs.

Why such sudden pump?
Seems like we were undervalued, but I still consider we are highly undervalued.

Well, DASH, Ethereum, Ethereum Classic, and even LiteCoin to an extent all had their pumps; I guess it is about time Monroe gets it’s own pump. What do ya think we could reach, perhaps 40$?

Monero doesn't attract average Joe as much.
It will grow, slow and steady.

The pump of last year was just a long overdue catch-up.

You can get the download link for the official GUI wallet for your laptop at https://www.reddit.com/r/Monero/comments/62e1mc/mandatory_upgrade_monero_01031_wolfram/

There is no official mobile wallet yet. There is some gossip that MyMonero will have an Android app soon.

I thought we would have to wait for 2018 to touch 1 XMR = 100 USD, now I am not so sure any more watching this inflow of capital into crypto. I call 50 USD in the very near future.

This went viral - it shows 30 pageloads per second. I think the song  is about XMR tbh Wink

My yesterdays opinion.

We had a "rough" week of slow bleeding, the whale was waiting for weak hand to go away till we reached bottom. Then this whale invests 20M USD and pumps the price, we recover positive tendency.
I hope its someone with inside information, maybe he knows everything about the incoming mymonero wallets, and he considers it will be a massive pump.
Or maybe he can see good future long term.
I hope we keep up growing.
Im guessing 30 USD 20-30 may.

Yes it is nice to start a new leg up without the weak hands.
XMR does not have masternodes (DASH) or slow mining (Zcash) to limit the coins artificially and bring the price up, but Monero has strong hodlers.

It seems we will go through 25 USD today already, so 30 USD may not be that far away as there are not so many XMR coins around like ETH and the flow in crypto is huge.

Poloniex is a sea of green while XBT  pushes to new highs.  Something will break.  XMR is enough of a wild card that it could follow either path.  I think up is inevitable, but the timing...

Well, seems like you answer your own question with the second sentence Smiley

If XMR was undervalued at that low point after the FUD but it's *still* undervalued now, after the recent big bounce yesterday, it could just mean some whale somewhere decided it was time he needed to finally GET IN to Monero and lock away a nice chunk of coins no matter if he could pay $19 each or needed to pay $21 each for them.

Does he care that much if the true value of each of these things is something north of $50 to $100 apiece? $19-21 or even up to say $30-40 what's the difference?

It's kinda like going back and reading thru all the wailing and gnashing of teeth in the old bitcointalk threads about when BTC prices were going up and down from the ten bucks range to over $50 then $100 then back to $2 bucks etc etc.

Nowadays, in our era of BTC having ranged from $200 to $1000 then back to $300 and now pushing up to new ATH's over $1300... what do those old-school people who paid $2 or $10 or $100 for their early bitcoins care that much anymore about their price differences? LOL

They're just heading out to the beach again for another sunny day drinking margaritas LOL

I think we "catch up" after this current rally cools off. Feels a bit like last time ETH pushed passed $20. Very strange to me how Monero does not seem to be correlated with the other alts.
