I can't see any other way around for him than to return the btc unless he is planning on dissappearing which is even more fraudelent and will result in more time in prison...
If its gone legal not only will he have to pay the full 750 btc but damages due to punitive damages caused from not being able to sell while btc was high (because he broke the contract), thus effectively doubling his liability at these prices in $ terms. IF he can't pay he would have things seized from him in order to pay...
Yeah good news about getting syscoin back, as he cannot crash the market, but as an investor I'm still in full support of taking full legal action, and call UK police asap. I'd give him less than an hour, he's had enough time to get out of the.
@Slex (Ryan Gentle) You do realize that you might think you can walk away from syscoin but I assure you this will be the hardest hammer of all the legal issues your involved in, as this is clear cut case of theft, and extortion of escrow funds, that were supposed to be isolated funds.
Paying up asap might be your only way to stay out of jail. Not that you don't deserve to go there, you do, but with your other issues you have more grey lines with what you did. BUT, with syscoin, this is clear cut grand theft.
No jury would ever not convict you, you will almost definately end up in prison, and doubtfully the nice country club one, but the one where you drop the soap and your screwed, literally.
Pay up Ryan, in full. Syscoin team shouldn't even bother giving you time to do so, but they have, and you best take it as a get out of jail free card, cause your time is quickly running out.
