PK won't get funded because of exactly what the panel criticized at 43North. The app hasn’t interested VC’s yet, and the market is only getting more crowded.

43North board was clueless and embarrassing.  Wink

The panel sounds a bit like the "troll crew" here. Watch this for a good laugh at the 43North panel:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PBvSJzxoq7k

Getgems has an "Outstanding Team" and continues to outperform. As always, get the facts from the source:
https://medium.com/@GetGems

Read all of Getgems accomplishments and you will see for yourself Getgems is right on track. The "Getgems Team" has proven time and time again they can get it done. I'm betting on it.

Getgems development pretty much stalled months ago, all we have now are updates about user growth and "things in the work" that would resume the situation right now dont need to have people waste their time reading every single blog announcement.

I was pretty exited by the user growth but seeing how little development is going toward the attention economy which so far consist on spammy ad channels  , heavily disapointed.

"same same".

how sure the user growth? while the company has no transparency, I can not take the number as is.

I do not like to see FUD, but, from recent forum posts, I understand how all you feel that much dev disappointing to us.

dev need a lot of guts to make up for. As fast as growth of install base, speed of uninstall base would be same speed if situation unchanged.

The growth in downloads is real. But it's not what it seems.

Almost none of these downloaders have heard of Getgems.

They found the app because they searched for "telegram".

Getgems was renamed "Telegram with Getgems" so that the app would be listed near the official Telegram app in the app stores.

This is why there are so many more iOS users. The GG app appears closer to the top of the search results in the Apple App Store.

These downloaders are not interested in the Getgems project, they just want a Telegram client.

Daniel could prove me wrong by releasing referral stats, or even engagement stats (how many users are collecting airdrops).

Shouldn't investors have this information?

Those stats speak nothing of user interest in the Getgems project. Only that these users found a telegram client to access the telegram network.

The stats Daniel should provide are:

How many users come from referrals?

How many users have unlocked the airdrop?

How many users are collecting the daily bonus and airdrops?

If users are not interested in the Gemz token, we can conclude that the app is failing. It's a simple test, and Daniel has the stats to answer it right now.

This project's biggest accomplishment was switching to Telegram and rebranding under that banner. But is that really something to celebrate?

Or we can take a stand against scammers instead of giving in to feelings of apathy and shame that enable them to prey on the community without consequence.

I'll be sticking around.

I join and use this app (Gemz) to communicate with my friends and family since last year. Gemz is a new innovation and creative in its development. And I think this is a long term project and will always be used by many people.

I love it  Kiss

He wont abandon it but I'm seriously starting to believe they want to crash the market to control it. Getting people annoyed to the point of having them selling. I know at least 2 big holders from the ICO period that sold out after holding their coins since the very start of this project.

This lack of communication and development is seriously starting to be a total disrespect. Daniel acting almighty there jumping from pitch to pitch not taking a single minute of his day to adress any of the concerns of this forum when he initially was all over it to gather funds from everyone.

Basically what is going on here is, one dev is working on fixing "bugs" to entertain us while daniel is putting 100% of his effort on promoting paykey.

Being a supporter of this coin since the very start , im totally turnt off by where this is all going right now.

I found a name David R. Allen in GetGems latest blog. We may better to have him responding?

What a surprise is, in the blog, they are requesting translators in FOC??? is it meaning of IOC money run out!?

can't stand.

I can tell you the only one that actually have shown concern by answering almost every single of my questions since the very start is David R Allen, Daniel is acting as if hes about to rule over the world with paykey and doesnt have a minute to spend on gg.

Daniel cleared up two big misunderstandings back in November:

The funds are unlocked by achieving the milestones, not delivering what was promised in the much more ambitious whitepaper.

For instance, the final milestone is called the Advertising platform, not the Attention Economy. This is why we have the disappointing ad channel instead of what everyone was expecting.

The funds are a reward for achieving the milestones, and this reward doesn't have to be spent on the GG project.

For example, if GG ends up costing $100k to develop, what happens to the remaining $700k is none of our business.

It's important to keep in mind that Daniel is a legal expert.
https://www.linkedin.com/in/dpeled

He knows exactly what he's on the hook for (nothing) and exactly what's needed to unlock any remaining funds: the agreement of 2 people that he hired for that purpose.

Even the milestones are purely symbolic. How else could he have abruptly switched to Telegram to get access to the funds even quicker?

The whitepaper, Koinify's involvement, Daniel's early interactions with the community... It's all beginning to look like a sham.

no financial auditor in the org?

lack of transparency means, none of backer will continues business with Paykey nor GG. Especially financial sectors - banks.

I wonder what would be happen if City, Barcleys, UBS and 43North parties notice about it.

I take sound of silence equal to lack of transparency.

If dev team are only awaiting Telegram or BIG NAMEs acquiring their products and team, they must realize again, lack of transparency won't make it happen.

I like to see many crypt/block chain products arise. GG was one of those to invest.

As well as every investors, I invested to the GG "project", not to Daniel's interests.

I am hoping something miracle happen to make up for.

Cheers.

I have over 900k Gemz and was (am) planning to hold my investment for a long term.

As one of the largest ICO buyers, you of all people have something to be angry about. Sadly, you were one of the first people to suspect that the company had done something wrong.

Was it an intentional deception to name your company "GetGems" and the app/token "GetGems"? Was it intentional that you held out info on the VC investment until after the token sale to disguise the fact that the tokens were not an investment in "GetGems"? No matter what the "Purchase Agreement" says, any attempt to confuse or disguise what the investment actually was will be interpreted as misleading investors.

Regardless of your apparent wealth (50 BTC!?), you've acted irresponsibly.

I have repeatedly said that I am giving Daniel the benefit of doubt even with the lack of communication.

And now you voice your frustrations at those who are critical of the very people that misled you.

What motivates you to troll so hard? Are you afraid of missing out but don't have the balls to jump in? I just cant figure out your type...maybe you're just a crazy motherfucker with unreal expectations brought on by lack of experience.
