crowdsale
(GetGems Sale Closes With 38,135,367 GEMZ sold)
GetGems sale has successfully raised $780K (2,633 BTC) during the token sale. We are immensely grateful for the amount of support we have received around the GetGems project and Koinify platform. With over 1,500 unique token sale purchasers, it's easy to see that people are excited about brining crypto technology to the masses.

Now all we get is Sent you a PM. sad..

You get the promised milestones and much more: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=758004.msg13177440#msg13177440

The iOS version can be downloaded here: http://apple.co/1OEecdZ
iOS App reached #351 US-Social Networking on Feb 26, 2015. To date 57,283 organic iOS downloads. It was reviewed on App Store by 168 users with an average rating of 4.6 stars.

The Android version can be downloaded here: http://bit.ly/1JgKLbN
To date Android app has 28,784 organic downloads. It was reviewed on Google Play by 1497 users with an average rating of 4.6 stars.

The Web Client: https://web.getgems.org/
5,563 users experiencing the global “GetGems Advertising” channel with over 100 paid messages have been made. [The publishing of Ads and advertising revenue payback to advertising viewers is all automatic, added support for multi channels]

You may not agree, but I prefer to focus on bugs, future development and growth of GetGems (I read everything on BTT and have already answered the concerns that have been raised relating to PayKey, I answer every PM and I'm available in the GetGems groups). I think it's very clear in the discussions who is supporting the project and team and I'm grateful to these people.

p.s: $780K might sounds to you as a lot of money, but for a startup it's about 12-24 months of operation depending on the burn rate. Good team, good engineers costs money.

p.s.s: I'm a great believer in the lean startup methodology, we don't have all the answers but we're working hard on finding what works using this cycle: build, measure and learn.

So basically the big AE project is just a telegram Channel right.

Please read what I wrote:

Currently it made sense to develop a opt-in channel to create a mass of users that are interesting for advertisers, we are measuring, learning and improving. The more users GetGems has the more possibilities open. Please keep in mind that all of the advertising channels you are familiar with today started to explore advertising channels in a much later stage of growth.

"p.s: $780K might sounds to you as a lot of money, but for a startup it's about 12-24 months of operation depending on the burn rate. Good team, good engineers costs money."

It would last a lot longer if those engineers were working on the project that was pitched exclusively instead of your "new" project Paykey.

However. thank you for the post. Communication is the key. Even if you feel you have answered some of the concerns before, some dont believe you have adequately. If you set up a FAQ, you could save yourself some time and only answer new questions that are not on it.

You have to understand that probably everyone that made up that $780K have been burned by other projects in the past and the onus is on you to calm their fears.

Well, the price has slowly decreased compared to many other altcoins. You should be patient.

What I do not like, and what the devs should be improve, is the high transaction fee (15 GEMZ). This is redicilous high.

i am so disapointed with GEMZ !!!!!
i am early adopter and there is still low volume and the price never rised....
So now i want to get out and sell my GEMZ but i just can't wich is just crazy for a supposed decentralized coin.....
The Gemz are not controlled by US actuely, i have sent 2 times 25K last week and only i transfert go trought...the other one is no where at the moment...
And also i want to transfert the rest of my wallet but i have a message saying i cant because its supicious ....
So basicely i own GEMZ but i cant make any transferts......
i hope Daniel will allow me to sell my Gemz .

The 15 GEMZ fee has been set by poloniex, supporting counterparty requires a lot of maintenance work.

This low price is killing me. I hope once btc stops rising which may be at $1000 then gemz can take off again.

Betting on esports with crypto's and steam items has never been easier.

Don't let these trolls fool you. PayKey is not doom and gloom for Getgems, in fact, it may be a huge contributing factor in Getgems future.

This is very comforting to me:

http://www.paykey.me/#/team

PayKey is a stroke of genius and I am extremely happy Getgems is a big part of it. To put it bluntly, PayKey is a cash cow.

The crowdfunding was great for Getgems, but, $750,000 is barely enough to cover the development for 2 years. I have been here watching closely from the beginning. I am very proud of the Getgems team. Some of the posts here are downright disgusting. If these trolls were truly concerned for the future of Getgems they would embrace PayKey with open arms. I'm looking forward to a bright future with Getgems and Paykey will help get us there.

You said it all, show me a single coin on this forum that aims for such a big userbase. Show ne a single dev on this forum that keeps jumping from competition to competition. People get fooled so easily by a couple of trolls out of thousands of holders. Getgems team is the real deal. Marketcap is so low and theres less then 3% of the total suplly being traded on exchangers.

Looking forward to see this team at the money 2020 event! The biggest fintech event of the year. Only good stuff happening for gems in the future.

Daniel, can you please answer the following questions:

Is what you have been calling the Attention Economy currently the "GetGems Advertising" group?

Do you have a commitment to fund Getgems with PayKey's profits?

When did co-founder Eitan Rousso leave the company, and what was the reason for his departure?

Is PayKey a separate business entity?

Are you hiring people to specifically work on PayKey?

Your questions are hostile.....would you answer questions from a hostile poster? For example:

Do you FUD all coins or do you just FUD Gemz?

Are you this angry and unpleasant in real life or just on bitcointalk?

You said you sold at a profit already because you "smelled the bullshit early." If that's true, why are you still spending so much of your time here FUDding a coin that you don't even own?

You see how I asked you questions but at the same time I basically told you off? Well that is what you are doing with your questions to Daniel.....so my point is, until you change your tone don't expect a response.

@ lawsonvl

Why are you still here? since you sold in february 2015

If u are not in it for the money, then what are u in it for?

Do u have a hidden agenda?

Are you paid by a competitor? if yes, how much and by who?

What attracts you in GetGems and why?

Do u work for the fbi or cia?

Do u like donuts and why?
