It is a problem to pic up many small miners from miningrentals, to burn in my solo pool? or is it better to rent only some big miners? but some big miners what i can rent, use usaly a stratum proxy and make the same (bundle many smal miners to a big rental)

It does not matter what else the pool is doing. It has no effect on each miner. The pool can take as much as you throw at it.

Considering he's blasting large TH rentals on there, I'm sure he deserves it. Hope he's in the positive. Congrats! OTOH I had my highest 'Bestshare' of just under 2B on one of my S3's today.
