It is a problem to pic up many small miners from miningrentals, to burn in my solo pool? or is it better to rent only some big miners?
but some big miners what i can rent, use usaly a stratum proxy and make the same (bundle many smal miners to a big rental)

It does not matter what else the pool is doing. It has no effect on each miner. The pool can take as much as you throw at it.
