My doge coin withdrawal to a bitcoin address was completed. Mistake on my part which I do fairly often accidentally on many other sites and the withdrawal fails. Here the withdrawal was completed and there is no transaction ID because the withdrawal is not possible! 404k doge lost to these people. I contacted them in hopes they will fix this but until then do not play here! They steal your coins.

They do process payouts, but I have serious issues with the way fortunejack runs things.

I can't say much about their poker room since I haven't bothered to try it out since they refused to explain what the rules were. ( as far as I know, multi-accounting is permitted )
Keep in mind they process small withdraws automatically, which sounds like a positive thing, but it's not for the poker room. (Cheaters are able to cheat wit almost no risk of getting caught since they dont have to worry about any investigation before cashing out)

• Recently there was a guy who was at a few cash tables when something happened and all the money he had on the table vanished from his account.  Last I heard he had been waiting months for a response.  I'm not sure if he ever got one or not.
• You can read this thread about them running a promo that had 30 prizes worth 102BTC then paying out 0.  3 months after starting the thread, they claimed to split BTC3 between the entrants but then refused to share who they paid. I suspect they lied and only paid the players that they knew were active on this forum.

i thought it is just me only , i do experience same problem too since monday i guess.

Just I checked and it is working fine without any issue. You may try after clearing your history or check your internet connection. I think, it was under maintenance for some time but it is working now.
