What happens if I void a bonus? Do I only lose bonus amount or all my winnings as well? And I go back to my original deposit amount?

As long as I know, once you void a bonus then you will lose all your winning as it is usually how bonus works. Regarding your 0% wager, it seems that you have not lost your main balance, afaik only wager using your bonus balance will count towards wagering requirement. In other words, you need to lose all your main balance first.

If you haven't used your whole main balane, I think you can void the bonus, or simply place a withdrawal for the amount of your main balance.
Once you lose your main balance, then the bonus is active.

They should really need to verify this one but since the complainant didnt even show up some proofs or images atleast this is still an accusation without any valid basis. For Justpoor have you already sent out ticket? Contact their account on this forum since david is responsive and might resolve this one too just like on past issues too when it regards to withdrawals.

Its their policy, deal with it. Every user that managed to sign up in their site needs to read their TOS before ticking the I agree box and play in it. If they dont want to then they surely dont need to play in here, once you decided to play in here and deposit in it that means you are agreeing with their TOS as well. Either he take it with their TOS or keep bragging about the other site here which wont help him at all

Fraud claim without a proof is consider trolling here. So better upload some of the proofs that validates your claim. Otherwise, I don't think anyone from this community will give a damn about your claim. Fortunejack is one of the best online casinos around and the amount you are mentioning is exorbitant. I dont bother it at all and due to my personal experience, things like this usually get sorted in around one week or so. Theres no point to rush? You can say such thing if you do have lots of bitcoins or money spared on your wallet which you wont really worry up too much into your pending winnings but we know each people do have different in terms of need.Some will rush some wont just dont care at all and thats reality. Delay is delay but the thing we can assured here is that FJ will sort this out if theres no violation would be found.
