plinko and mines are not working on mobile phones. is that still being optimized for mobile phones?
I don't think that FortuneJack games is meant to be played in mobile phones yet because when you are trying to visit FJ with your phone you will be directed to a desktop version of the website. But surely their management won't have a problem on giving as a mobile version of their website I just don't think that all their games can be compatible nor appropriate being played in a mobile phone.

Fortunejack had mobile version long time ago before the update of the new UI. I do not know why they do not relaunch it back. It is always helpful to have mobile version. Indeed not all game are compatible but at least their own games can be made mobile friendly. I'm sure FJ has a well experienced developer so it wont be a big problem to make mobile friendly games.

Yes, agree with you. Last time I already tried some of their games through mobile because I use mobile a lot. And when I tried dice, it is quite good too although it can't match on pc but yes it is still quite good. But why they withdraw it back after realeasing it for some time? Does mobile players is much lesser than pc? Eventhough it is lesser I think they should provide this thing for some precautious

You can opt to remove the 2FA I was told so I presume its purely a problem with that unique system, seems to progress but get caught up on something without stating exactly why.   To remove 2FA you just have to provide some security details and recent history via a support email, I guess thats always an option as people lose phones etc

I dont mind leaving it on there for the moment, I accidentally left some BTC in there for about 3 years once lol

In the past days a lot of people are having trouble logging in to the website I personally didn't experience it but it seems like the problem is fix based on the feedback I received. And in terms of your funds do not be worried as even though there is a problem with the website your balance will be left untouched not unless someone had hacked your account and steal it from you.

I would not recommend playing on FortuneJack, they confiscate winnings and then call the rogue T&C, they ask for unreasonable documents, etc...

I’m now able to login to the site again with my 2FA-enabled account via Google’s 2FA application on my android device, seems issues should now be fixed in regards to accounts not being able to login due to the 2FA on the site being broken. Never hurts to have 2FA enabled in times when accounts are constantly being cracked through bruteforcing all the time; if you don't already have 2FA enabled on your FJ account, I highly suggest doing so as soon as possible. It takes just a few more seconds to login every time, but you gain a massive amount of security by doing so.

What happened to the loyalty program? I had some points and now they're gone and I don't even see the place where I could redeem them now.

I have had several chats with support and every time they end like : "we understand your frustration but we can't say more about this" or " loyalty system is under investigation and we will make an announcement once investigation will be completed" .

But those answer came only after I insisted I deserve that prize because it was what they advertised. At first they took the road of denying me that prize because of a bunch of bullshit reasons I had to disassemble with time and patience with their support operators.

In their last answers they are saying loyalty system has changed and comp points cannot be changed to btc anymore ( as I asked to be credited the Btc equivalent if loyalty system was under investigation as they stated) but no official announcement has been made about this.


But what really I don't understand is they are doing it for a prize worth like 4 or 5 mBtc : they already awarded me 200 free spins for that same promotion ( using which  I won like three times that amount) but they are still delaying this one.
edit : not sure about the value of those comp points it might be inaccurate / any help on  this will be appreciated).

To provide complete informations I have to say am a long time players on fortunejack ( like 4 or 5 years) and never had any problems with them : no problem with withdrawals ever; always had promo prize paid regularly without any hassle and always had a great assistance when some issues popped up.

Hello FortuneJack community my username is verusfides on the website known popularly as fortunejack.com. I am coming to  you today as a recent player on it's website who has not been paid my earnings and have been robbed because of a bug which occured on one of there games. Below is a full break down of the events that have occurred.

(TL;DR below)

Yesterday, I had made a small deposit to FortuneJack. They had recently sent me a notifcation asking to try a new game and I was intrigued. During the game I had accrued some amount of funds roughly amounting 2 BTC. I, in my belief was that I had acquired these winnings fairly without any fraudulent or illegal play. Later I try to make a small withdrawal of roughly a quarter of my winnings around .45 BTC, which then said was undergoing review. I thought everything was fine up till this point.

This is where it gets interesting. As the night progresses, I am still on the site gambling for nearly 8 hours, eventually heading over to there plinko page. I keep playing and playing and then the jackpot hit. You should understand I was literally speechless when this happened. It was a payout of 20 BTC.

About 15 minutes later however, all the funds in my account were subtracted and later they had claimed that my winnings on Adrenaline were obtained due to a bug, and that they therefore would have to penalize ALL the money I acquired. Clearly this is unjustifiable. Even if the winnings I won in Adrenaline were from a bug. I had been on the casino website for nearly 8 hours. I am sure I have wagered over 10000x my initial deposit.  Even if the casino were to claim that I won a small amount from a bug, the plinko bet was won fair and square. They even know this because they have nothing to say about it, but simply because of the Adrenaline game which THEY advertised me to play, they are refusing my winnings. I am coming to the community here today to see what they have to say about this. I am being robbed for playing a game they had suggested to me?

TL;DR Won a total of 22 BTC -20 from Plinko jackpot 1000x and 2 from Adrenaline. Fortunejack siezed all earnings claiming a bug from the game Adrenaline which was advertised by them.

Game-Protect has decided to take my case if you will not cooperate and will enforce every action available to them to receive the funds that were seized from me. Also I will start posting threads of this incident. Would you prefer to lose 2000 clients or 20 BTC. It is not a hard choice. Please it is the holidays. Nobody wants this. I would rather be telling people of a great jackpot moment that I had right before Christmas rather than telling everyone how I had been robbed and confiscated by a site which I deemed to be trustworthy.

Several people will stop playing here if they see an unfair result here. I have played yesterday for nearly 8 to 10 hours non stop to get to that jackpot and you guys would have this stripped from me, why?
Because of a bug that you guys should have known prior to releasing the game in the first place? If anything should fire the person who let such a thing happen in the first place. Why am I being penalized for doing nothing but playing a game which was first advertised by FortuneJack themselves.
Really I would much rather not blow this out of control but if you guys will continue in this manner. I have your Facebook. Reddit, Twitter, etc. All available to me and ready to see what has happened.
Nobody would even for a second, agree this is remotely fair and I'm sure even you could see this is not right. What have I, as a player done to deserve to be treated like this?
I have followed all rules, every single regulation, wager requirement. I have cooperated through everything you guys have ever asked of me while I play on your site. I demand to be treated with the equal amount of respect I have given your company.

Your legal assessment that they can only confiscate the winnings from Adrenaline (if it had a bug) is absolutely correct. Even then they still have to show proof that the Adrenaline game had a bug.

Also I was told that the bug was worth only 0.08 BTC. So you are saying I had somehow managed to win free BTC playing your game but somehow this is only worth 0.08 BTC? Tell me you guys are joking.
