Got a few withdrawals pending for many hours. How long does it take?
Hey, Apparently, if the WD requested is 1 BTC and above they have a manual withdraw process to prevent fraud (Their words, not mine ). Admin should be on chat now. You could try emailing support and the bug bounty email too if the request is urgent. Also try PM'ing them here. I believe they need to work in shifts because of these requests that come through. Maybe they should get some more staff! P.S. Are you drogan? - Dont answer that, checked that you indeed are! Good guess! Everything finally got sorted with no reply to any emails or support requests. Definitely odd, but as long as I got paid!

I noticed they're always slower in replying when implementing new features (BlackJack in this case?), maybe that was the issue here.

Definitely odd, but as long as I got paid! Not a guess to be honest, i just checked your profile and found drogan as your ICQ contact . Glad that you were able to get your WD. My only grouse with support is that they are not too communicative. They need to explain the reason for delay imo. If they are under staffed, they really need to ensure they get their staffing right. You are a small whale (IMO, correct me if i am wrong ), big whales like AK and his ilk will just abandon the site if their WD's are not processed on time or if there is no genuine explanation as to the reason for the delay!

Apologies for late response, we had a busy weekend adding Instant Coin Exchange service and Blackjack to the website. Just to make it clear, withdraws up to 1 BTC are instant on FortuneJack, however, withdrawing more then 1 BTC as a single transaction require manual approval by our FRAUD protection team, may take up to 3 hours. We constantly increase limits as we grow organically, so we will be setting it on 5 BTC this week. As noted above, we will be launching Blackjack and Instant Coin Exchange Service this week, hope you will enjoy it!

Admin, like i said in my post above, you need to be more communicative. How about you setup an option where, if a player tries to withdraw 5 BTC (or whatever the limit is) they get a popup that states this information that it will take 3 hrs for withdrawal? A simple Java Script popup should do. This prevents them from being on tenterhooks and bombarding support email with tickets. The work-around really, would be to withdraw less than 5 btc every transaction. Splitting the withdrawals into 2 will bypass the fraud check and since you don't charge any miner fee to the player, players would be happier too!

So am I right to assume the fraud protection can be bypassed by withdrawing 0.99999999 bitcoin multiple times? It is good to have the protection, and I think you should make it a 24-hour limit (say, it requires a manual checking for withdrawing 3+ bitcoin within 24 hours) rather than a per transaction limit.

Ouch. Similar thing happened to me in an early days of FJ. I wish I had you on my referral list Pretty ugly losing streak btw. One thing looks a bit funny. Why did you place 10 sat bet immediately after (within 1 second, bet No: ...7748), that's rather unusual reaction to accidental loss.

Huh? You serious? What makes you think I'm pissed off? There was no negativity in my replies, was there? Anyhow, that's what the forums are for, you post, you get replies. Don't want to get replies - don't post on the forum. Simple.

Site is very trustworthy. Def recommend people who gamble to play here, if you find a bug or an exploit they'll still pay your winnings. Extremely rare to find such a site nowadays.

I reported a bug on anybet, the bet was resolved before the due date of 31st December. I raised the issue only because i won the bet! FJ investigated the issue even though i just ranted on chat, they also sent me 0.01 as a bug bounty because it was clearly a bug! Like i have said before, i say it again, they are 2nd to none when it comes to customer service and i just hope they remain this way. Where is BJ? I cant seem to find it on here even though omahapoker seems to have played it already!

Born out of its operators’ 20 long years of traditional and online gambling experience in Eastern Europe, FortuneJack easily took the spotlight when it launched with full support of eight major cryptocurrencies. Aside from Bitcoin, bettors can also use major altcoins like Litecoin, Reddcoin, and Dogecoin—a feature not even the established brands ahead of it currently offer. And soon to add CLAM, I understand.
