We have new BlackJack!  you should change your bonus rollover requirements ... 150x wager for slots? Really? I sow one casino offered this on there and ppl fuc** them with that requirement.... you said you are provably fair but this wager is not fair all casinos there accept slots with 100% rollover fullfilling..also missing BetSoft provider there Nice design of new blackjack but I can not find where to set my client seed You can find client seed above the "Balance", just click "PF". |

It is obvious that they see they have enough online players and loyal players from old LB promo, and they wanna make more money from gamblers, it means that 10btc per week can be waived, so they just cancelled LB promo, of course every casino just wants make money from us, not give away. It is obvious that they see they have enough online players and loyal players from old LB promo, and they wanna make more money from gamblers, it means that 10btc per week can be waived, so they just cancelled LB promo, of course every casino just wants make money from us, not give away. Just forget the promo dude. The thing is they were making tons of money from the old promo. Check the biggest losers now, they lose like 3-4 BTC nowadays. When the LB was on, the biggest losers used to feature real big losses. I don't think there was a week when the biggest loser lost less than 20 BTC (maybe i don't recall exactly, correct me if i am wrong). So yes, even though they used to pay out 10 BTC, the top 3 biggest losers would have lost almost 45 BTC combined, and this is not including the smaller fish like me, who used to lose about 0.4 BTC sometimes to win 0.5 BTC prize. |

Ha, you have 2 choices, after you get the payment, you leave here and won't be back. Second choice is post here they will answer you. Their support is slow actually, many guys complaint before. |

It's not slow. If we receive the email, we always answer it. It takes time to address issues of users and we don't want to just write them back without dealing with their issue. But it seems he only contacted us through the chat and not with the email. We just need Transaction ID form strat1x and we will investigate why his deposit got stuck. Regarding fees - well, do you know any other casino that pays for his customers? On the other hand, it does not take 9 hours to confirm a deposit unless there is a problem with a transaction which in most cases is not our fault. |

1. We have no withdrawal fees. We pay fees for our players. The fee we generally assign to transactions is 0.0001 BTC. 2. 1 Confirmation on blockchain needed for deposit. For withdraw, well, withdrawal is instant from us but of course it should be confirmed on the blockchain before the transaction gets processed. 3. Max win(profit) in dice is 1 BTC per roll, excluding JackPot. 4. There is faucet on the left, next to "Chat" and "Exchange" buttons. It is called "Free BTC". |

It is a clear bug and they have never shied away from paying me a bug bounty whenever i reported it to them. The last time i reported a bug on live roulette, they paid me a bugbounty of 0.1 btc and my losses of 0.02 btc. That way they are very genuine.  |
