Yes of course we have heard of luck, but we believe this is not the case, that is why we are investigating it. We have been in gaming business for 20 years, and have never seen similar gameplay before, details are a bit delicate for now. We have closed the subject with get_money until the investigation is finished, so we kindly ask you not to provoke it again.

I was thinking FortuneJack is great casino but that is not case. Played with play money and not enjoyed playing blackjack at FJ.

you dont get it.  FJ is here to for the long haul. they are slowly becoming  the #1 crypto gambling site.

you think they are going to throw away their soon to be million dollar company over $14,000 ?

I see people at FJ winning and losing 1-3btc a bet and they all have no issues getting their money.

im at fj 20 hours a day and this get-money guy pops out of nowhere and wins 45btc on blackjack. he was playing 3 hands at a time and getting 3 bj a number of times.

Ive p[layed at least 1000 3 bj hand games and now once ive i got 3 bj in same hand

You have absolutely no idea whether it was a classic strategy or not, so please let us do our job. We deleted the thread because we had a private conversation going on with the player, negotiating not to take it outside yet. There is a lot of scam and fraud going on, so we better keep the thread privately moderated, it is our choice to do so and you cannot state whether it is professional or not, we think otherwise.
Once again, we claim to be the best online crypto currency casino on the network, we have big plans for the future, we give out 25 btc per week in promotions, we would pay out the amount of 45 btc without any problem if we would think it was fair. We ask you to close this subject and let us do our job, you do not know this player, you have no clue what or how he played, so stop covering him unless you have anything against FortuneJack, and we guarantee noone has ever had anything against us, this is the first case happening.

If you did not enjoy playing BlackJack at FortuneJack, you are free to write us what exactly you did not like, your opinion matters to us and we will be glad to work on it.

We would like to finish the investigation without any intervention of third parties, so please let us do our job.

Then finish it, as everyone is waiting for you to do so. If someone posting on your thread is seriously preventing you from investigating what you think is possibly an extremely large case of fraud, then you must operate quite weirdly.

I'll wait for your conclusion.

Fortunejack,

You're missing something here it's not a closed subject for the community and his cause is starting to gain traction here and elsewhere. It's being talked about in chat rooms and "fortunejack" and "scam" are starting to be lumped together. Remember that the community has been ripped off by flashy betting sites before, diceninja, etc. Deleting his post was a bad move on this forum.

A couple of suggestions:

1) You need come clean on whatever evidence you have that get_money scammed you or you need to pay him out. Having multiple IP addressed and multiple accounts doesn't constitute fraud. The lack of doing so seems to point out that you're scamming him on a big win.  Saying the "details are delicate" when he is willing to be open with screenshots isn't helping you.

2) If your blackjack game has a bug, take it offline, and return his principal deposits. I think you will find that the community is more supportive when you declare you have a problem with a game.  He may have offered to help you define the bug (if there was one) that led to a winning scenario.

You missed an opportunity to turn his big win into a marketing position for yourself. Imagine how much business you could have gained showing a big payout and now you're claiming fraud with no proof on a "provably fair" system.

It's your business, you're going to do whatever you're going to do, but know that the crypto community tends to support the little guy and not a gaming corporation that promote a "fortune" that you can't win. :|

(Also, your replies to community members makes you look like a jerk, it's not exactly helping you out)

It is not about Fortune and 45 BTC win, we have reasons to believe it was a fraud, we have the right to suspend account based on our doubts and investigate it (please read terms and conditions), we will keep the community updated regarding the investigation outcome. Before that, we do not really see any reason to argue about it, one side states it was fair, the other side states it needs to be checked. If we are not paying the player, we will obviously bring all the proofs once the investigation is finished, stating exactly why we did not pay out. Scam and FortuneJack are far enough from each other and if there is a possibility of player being acting unfair until the investigation finishes, we think it is not fair to blame us in scamming, at least until the investigation finishes. With all the respect to your opinion, but our 6 month reputation means something, and freezing 45 BTC payout for several days and investigating the issue for the casino who pays out thousands of dollars worth of coins every day as a single wins with around 100 BTC promotion payouts per month should be respected enough to wait for the investigation to be finished instead of false allegations of scamming, or even something close it. All we say is we need some time to work on the issue, no matter what we decide, you can rest assured we will be acting fair enough.

Today or tommorow or so you will ban another winner and start "investigation" and censore him everywhere and all evidence you have is that he used VPN to play at anonymous casino.
How do you advertise a 2% edge on slot machines from EGT,Novomatic... when they are made to have a higher edge and calculation is still the same?

You have a provably fair BJ which is still avaliable to play and it looks impossible to cheat.

We already stated that we will reveal all evidences when we end the process. We are having big wins several times a day, and we pay them out without any problem. FortuneJack is an established casino in the industry and there are players who cash out big wins every day, without any problem - allegations that someone may win fair and we do not pay out are not based on any facts or true story and are far beyond our values of website operation, even current issue is under investigation and you cannot state that.
You can have a look at our fiat money online casino europe-bet.com, we set hundred thousand dollar weekly tournaments and promotions, million dollar jackpots, why would we make 45 BTC arguable in front of the whole crypto community, unless we think it was a fraud. We understand you are curious, but the issue is a bit delicate and requires investigation, we will reveal everything in details - why investigation was started, the process and the outcome, we just need some time to end it, probably will take 2-3 business days.

The game is up on the lowest possible limits, we excluded all possible bugs with the game, so that the 'player' has no access and interest in playing it.
As for the slots question, we advertise 2% House Edge on Slots as it is up to us to set the House Edge and not by the game vendor, and they are set on 2%.

FortuneJack,

It has been almost 6 full days since I initiated a withdraw that you wanted to look further into, 3 of which not including today have been business days (Fri, Mon, Tue).

Will you now divulge what your internal investigation/audit has revealed or if you need more time to finish please elaborate why?

I have lost a lot of sleep over this over the past 5-6 days and would like this resolved. I have been nothing but silent the last 2-3 days to ensure you can divert all your attention to resolving this issue but it has been very difficult.

Any update will be greatly appreciated as I have not been contacted by you yet.

The allowance of incompetent operations like this to continue running is appalling. How can they claim provably fair when even if you win, they are not willing to pay you out and just throw you into the gutter as a scam artist? Is this a way to treat a customer, and from what it is a VIP CUSTOMER that was losing a lot of BTC to your "provably fair" gambling Casino that happened to finally win? Fortune Jack what do you have to say for yourselves? The amount of hands, the number of hours played in his session, and the VPN ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE REASONS TO WITHHOLD HIS WINNINGS, BAN HIS ACCOUNT AND IP ADDRESS, AND DELAY THIS LONG.

yes it is incompetent, if FJ believe there islding a fraud commit, then proof it right away together with the proof of the fraud

We would like to announce that account hold on user Get_Money has been lifted.

After careful inspection of this situation we have lifted the hold on user’s initial deposit as well as the winnings. User Get_Money can now access and withdraw his/her account on FortuneJack and claim winnings to the fullest. In total 54.98 BTC.

For the past couple of days many questions have been asked and many allegations have been made towards our casino, while it is understandable that similar situations often cast doubt, community should also understand that as a professional crypto casino, we are obliged to take some security precautions in order to make sure that our system is 100% secure and fair.

As a result of fraud investigation, no proof has been found that user Get_Money played and won in an unlawful and/or fraudulent way. Therefore, we would like to congratulate the winner and apologize for a delayed investigation.

We do realize that such cases should be handled much faster and we assure you that we will try our best to increase the effectiveness of handling such situations, but you as users should also understand that fraud protection is a crucial part of any professional casino operation and it cannot and will not be eliminated.

Let us state the questionable facts that led to this fraud investigation:

1. User played 3300 hands with 1200 loosing and 1100 winning stakes, got 2200% of profit over his initial deposit within 20 hours of playing. So he knew exactly when to bet high and when low.
2. While checking IP addresses, we concluded he was playing via VPN or Proxy server, as we had 4 different country IP’s listed in our database. User described his VPN decision as his privacy concern, while his emails stated name, middle name and surname fully (most probably fake)
3. User started playing with 2 BTC and low bets (0.05) and had a quite rapid rise to 17 BTC. We are not saying it is a fraud but fraud team HAS to look into this kind of bets, it is a requirement which some people fail to understand.
4. Again, individually none of these facts are enough for fraud inspections, but these facts combined together with minor ones like: specific wallet for gambling on FortuneJack, being a high roller with no bitcointalk account (and then suddenly registering), raised the need for fraud inspection.

We could not exclude the possibility of player knowing the card outcome before cards were dealt. We had to check our system for possible bugs and glitches. Lots of people criticizing FortuneJack are not familiar with casino operations and will never understand standards behind it, but we want to assure you that we acted following all international standards of fraud protection.

Since its foundation FortuneJack has been dedicated to bringing highest standards of professionalism and fairness to the crypto-currency gambling industry and we won’t accept unfair allegations from people who have 0 knowledge in the subject and have more trust in the user who registered several days ago than in a brand that never had a single issue with the community before.

Finally, to close this issue we congratulate the winner and apologize for delay in handling this situation. We are open to any additional questions you might have.

It's never too late. Glad you did this.

You just saved way more than 13 grand.

Thank you FortuneJack for being upstanding about the situation.

I explained I understood your need to look into any major wins, especially with new accounts, it was mostly how it was handled. The accusation of proof of fraud, no IOU or receipt given for funds, the banning of ip address, etc. If I did not have screen shots it would be next to impossible for me to prove that btc was won/accumulated on your site.

I do hope you understand my need to bring this publicly for my own safety. As shady as it may have seemed to you of me winning, it seemed just as shady to me of you holding withdraws and current wallet balance.

I'm glad we could resolve the issue in a civilized manner and publicly this should build more trust with your company. The situation was started on a very bad foot but I'm glad it turned around and was conducted in a more professional manner, on both sides.

Thank you for also keeping to your timetable of resolution.

I will update once withdraw has been confirmed.

Dunno what is going here.

Personally, the only casino I lose so much is FJ and I totally hate their slots now.

FJ should considering allowing custom bets and taking away some restrictions to allow a player to follow a proper strategy. In wheel for example, if I remember correctly, after 0.01 comes 0.1? or was it 0.05?

I don't know why people like FJ much. I like the interface, but nothing else.
I have personal favorites for almost all games they got. Sometimes it is better to go for one that is good at a certain thing than going for all at once.

No offence. People think different. Smiley
