Nice to see that mining is alive and well.
@Kano, have you considered signalling segwit in order to push it closer to activation? With SegWit activated your pool will be able to include more transactions per block which obviously translates to more fees for your miners. Right now the 1mb limit is forcing you to forfeit transactions to the next miner because you can only include 1mb per block you find atm.

Awesome Miner is the perfect application for doing just that. I use the professional version, but the free edition works great for just a few miners. You can find it in the Mining Software section of this web site. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=676942.0OR, http://www.awesomeminer.com/default.aspxIt is very customizable and provides lots of valuable information and more tasks than I can begin to even think of. It's pretty cool too! And, in my opinion, lives up to its name, Awesome! Good luck in getting your probs sorted out. I know how frustrating they can be!! That's why I have very little hair left! LOL

You obviously have not read very much of this pools BitcoinTalk thread. Most of us here are not very big segwit fans for multiple reasons.

@kano On the Rewards page, would it be too much of a problem to provide a copy of the total mining rewards BTC amount ...
Well - it does seem silly to have a total at the top of a list ... but in this case it's not awkward since there's no other data on the total line ... so ... meh I guess so. Thank you for adding it kano, it's nice to have that amount in sight without scrolling

Hope you and your hair issues get better. ( I would gladly take that illness off your hands if I could be 14 years old again! That's when things started to get interesting!!) I was just beginning my "wild-child" stage that has continued to this day. I might even grow up one of these days. I am 58 years, 7 months, and 11 days old. I'm just an old hippie at heart. Yes, I'm counting. That's pretty cool that you are into Bitcoin mining at your age. Stick with Kano pool and add to your hash-rate as you can. Once you get a good grasp on how this pool operates and how the rewards are determined, you will really start to appreciate how and why this pool is so special and one of the best around. Good pool, good /friendly people on the forum, good support base of knowledgeable pro's, technologically first-rate, fair, transparent, growing hash-rate, etc. etc. What more could you ask for? (No, I wasn't paid to shill for the pool. lol) I've jumped around to a few different pools in the ~16 months I've been mining. It's good to research/investigate/check out other pools to see which one you are most comfortable with. But for me, I've decided that this is the best place for me with my approximately ~50TH's or so. Might even add a few more TH's in the future. With more experience, I think you will probably come to that conclusion too. Sorry folks for drifting off topic. Let's crack some more BLOCKSSSSSSSS!!!! I think it's gonna be a Good Block Weekend! Oh Yeah!

Web Help->Payouts http://vanish.paige/index.php?k=payoutAs it says, the transaction has been sent, but no one has yet confirmed it. It will (usually) be confirmed in our next block after it matures.

:ocan i just increase the freq to have it constant run like that? will it pull more watts Ya basically you can try upping the frequency a bit at a time till you find one thats the most stable without slowing you down if you go too high on the frequency it can cause your miner to become unstable and or not get any faster after a point. and one frq that might be the sweet spot on someone elses miner or power supply may not be the same exact sweet spot as all other miners of the same model or even same batch. due to minor variations in the chips and other steps in the manufacturing process. no two are exactly 100% the same all the time. will it pull more watts
yes if overclocked it will still use about the same amount of watts per hash. So more speed on the same miner will consume propitiously more watts. and will also be turned in to more heat. and under clocking uses less watts and puts out less heat.

an s-7 can max at about 1350 watts and give you around 5400gh not all of them can do this. the increase should be 1 to 1 keeping the same gh to watts ratio or something like this 4000gh = 1000 watts 4400gh = 1100 watts 4800gh = 1200 watts 5200gh = 1300 watts 5400gh = 1350 watts

So many people forget that; that's the main reason there's such a difference in the maxes of ours. Average Rate - Error Rate = Real Average Rate I've cranked some up to a "6TH", but the error rate was so high that the actual was under 4TH.

Well it depends on if its more efficient then the ones you already had. If it was one of them HP server power supplies they tend to be about as efficient as can be. But a psu thats even just 1 or 2% more efficient then the psu's bitmain sells end up saving most people about $150 a year on electric give or take depending on how much power costs were you are at.
