C-Cex will not be de-listing the coin as long as there is some hash behind it and that magical .2 BTC volume per day.

So I guess either there are some good deals to buy coins cheap (starting at 350 sats) -- or -- if you own a lot of coin -- you are having a bad month (or two) -- prices are only at 241 sats and drop very quickly.

Thanks HD yes it's a good time to buy & help support the coin.  At the moment we're working on a tentative second try for KGW implementation at block 80K and are updating the necessary components.

We should have everything ready in the next few days and will be ready to officially confirm the integration asap.

Well no news is good news.  Mining has grinded to a halt and so has the block chain.  Daily volume on C-Cex is near zero. 

Hard to say where this will go...

So - I'm going to take a gamble. 

Looking to buy large quantities of SONG and will pay 150 sats each -- only if you have 250k or more to sell at a time.  Will easily coordinate and buy them from you on C-Cex, so there is no risk.

So I contacted Cryptopia as to why they halted trading of SONG and here is their response:

Hi, Do you know what the correct wallet version is and block numbers? The only information we can find out about this whole situation is a BitcoinTalk thread, which mentions the other pool compiled from Gitbub when he shouldn't have, we also compile from Github, so there is a very big chance we are on that fork as well. We have sent a few emailed though the SongCoin.org website but have never gotten a response. We really need to hear from the dev what fork, version, block height is correct. Thanks

Hi guys, I just opened my wallet and it looks like it is stuck on block 76310 from 3 days ago. I mined some Songcoin at the end of last year so this wallet is from around then, but it synced fine all the way up to block 76310. Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I was going to try to solo mine some more blocks to support the net hash and this is what I found!

Any live pools running? I've been hashing at Hash to Coins.  No mining results or replies from pool manager regarding my enquiries. Very frustrating.

Well - have you announced the changes?

Is C-Cex on board?  Is SONG going to be delisted?  There's no activity.

Is your official block explorer on board?

Is Github updated?

Pools aren't going to change unless this is tested and accepted.  In addition -- it costs money to run a pool, especially for a coin that is worth very little.  You may need to start a new pool just for mining SONG - until it is accepted again.

EDIT -- My apologies.  I thought the email from C-Cex said SONG, but I guess it was SLING. 

Anyway - SONG still has to keep .2 BTC of activity a day or it will be delisted.  Those are the C-Cex rules.
