Seed values are generated every seconds continually as you can see chart. and when order was occurred , the order select the generated Seed value of the time as start seed value.
after 5second, expired seed is also selected at the same way.
both of transaction selected the same seed value as start seed value and therefore, the start value became '3'.
because even when seconds trasaction selecting seed value, the seed value still not be changed.
but when expired value was selected , it was different the status.
the first transaction selected the seed value( 18:41:51+230.42+2+1.12652), the value was
'3' . and then the seed value be changed
and after that second transaction selected the changed seed value( 18:41:51+230.42+
3+1.12652) .
so the expire value was "4".
the point is that the seed value is generated every seconds.it was very normal transaction.
