i am sure its fake and you are going to scam secondtrade, becaouse if someone had ability to transfer you bitcoins, he will withdraw everything in one transaction to another wallet and you would loose all you money. i think you are loosing on binary options and trying to refund your money with this idiotic trick

Most of transaction have been reached on our wallet whthin a 1 seconds ,  but some times it has been a delay case. This is out of our control and bitcoin network problem.
