1) Masternode network voted to increase DGPS from 10% to 25% of block reward. By doing this, the masternode network voted to give away part of its rewards to the DGPS, where anyone can submit a proposal and participate in the project. Maybe you could also submit one to be the king troll. ;_)>
2) This proves that Crown has a working decentralised community as big holders voted their own rewards down in favor of a decentralized budget to which in fact the biggest holders NEVER submit proposals.
3) More than 400 Masternodes voted YES to the change, while only around 20 voted NO.

1b, thinking Mn holders ( whome of which of the 400 could hold 25% of the mns and vitoing in rigged deals and that u roll with em not against them shows the crw devs style of crypto play ) and mn held by devs voting on a already broken/proved to be rigged mn vote system
will part of the down fall and shows not decentralized at all.
1c, now if Crw was mn coin from the start you could say 100% of your holder are mn holder but it wasnt and isnt..

3, Ref to answer 1, If lets say devs hold 100+ mns only takes another 50 to vote it in hence why they shouldnt be able to vote.... Do u think CEOs vote to get pay rises nope unless its solo run company, its ALL shareholders not just 1 branch of the shareholders that vote for ceo pay rises... ok lets say aswell that alot of other mn run are run by a collective that in there interest not to clean up the system cuz there been raping it for over a year now with rigged and no see threw proposals that the dev team allow and pay them out, why would they shot the people letting them rape?!?!

4, Advised that years ago btw and that was lil( only took acouple of years to see the light lol), mis labeling POS without the mn in front and no real governance on mn proposal system are BIG issues for CRW but wtf would i know hey
