Does everyone have a zero balance on MintPal now? Were there any official statement about the withdrawal of the coins?
Yes i do have zero balance instead of 4m doge. You can follow coin withdrawal on moolah twitter.

Thank you.

I only had 1.3 btc in my account and now I have a zero balance. I've sent a request.

Hope all coins will be returned to users.

Great stuff here.  Two other resources that I found helpful: /r/notDogcoinFUD and network23.org/dogecoin.

I'm trying to solve my friends situation there with my poor english. Account was missing or not logged in after v2. Reseted password, got in to withdraw tool but balances missing.

There is text "Please use the following box to enter any details of issues you are seeing with your account.

Account notes will be reviewed regularly, and you will be contacted with either a resolution, or a request for more information."

Wrote some details etc. in the box, saved changes, waited some time refreshed page and then again I was in the log in screen.
Filled e-mail and password and again same deal, you need to reset your password, WTF!

No e-mail address where to contact and no response to message what i wrote in the box about 2-3hours ago.

I think I had ~2 million digibytes. I managed to withdraw everything else, but digibyte wasn't available in the "my funds" or w/e the page name was where you do the cashouts.

Withdrew successfully.

I got most of my coins back, just waiting on SUPER and HIRO. I've learned my lesson and won't be storing most of my coins in any exchanges. Good luck to all.

I tried to withdraw 0.39BTC a couple of days ago and it failed for some unknown reason. However, this still hasn't been restored to my Mintpal balance. It all looks very fishy...

I'm also missing other coins amounting to 0.2BTC (mainly XMR).

It seems if you requested the withdrawal today, it works but for those that had previous withdrawals they may need to be manually pushed on the back end.

XMR was disabled, they told that they will send out all of XMR after fix... It looks that we are left in mercy of MinPal...

So some coins are being returned and some aren't.

And some people have zero balances still and some still can't login (like me Smiley)

Something changed obviously, because before they said there would be an 'alternative method of withdrawal' but instead they just turned the site back on.

I think we should let the dust settle and see where we are tomorrow, it's too hard try to account for which person already posted and what coins are back yet.

My suspicion is that this is going to be a lottery...My guess is coins will have been skimmed out and that's why some people have zero balances or are locked out...they thought they could liquidate but maybe they got scared...

Anyhow we will know soon enough

Withdrawal page reported a transaction ID for a Darkcoin withdrawal but no funds have been received and the transaction cannot be found in the blockchain. Not sure what's going on but unlike you I did not get my funds.
