I support linux. Just use Wine. You need driver that came later than the cuda 7.5 toolkit.
A driver from september 2015 or later
limited support for the open sourced miner - agreed sp ... but the private - none ... you cannot say you support linux by providing ONLY windows binaries and asking the donors to run it in wine ... thats NOT supporting linux - at all ... and you STILL havent addresses the lack of delivery of the miners you promised me - windows or not ... #crysx

i have mate - and nothing in there ... are your messages not getting through? ... i sent a message the day before yesterday to see if you would respond - and i have received nothing back from you ... if you are sending them through - are you attaching them as you did before? ... with a .7 extension? ... or a .zip extension? ... that may be the root cause if you are in fact sending the files ... #crysx

Nice. Thanks for testing. Peak hash difference 750TI extra 300Khs compared to Nicehash miner. Peak hash difference GTX 950 extra 700Khs compared to Nicehash miner. Peak hash difference GTX 960 extra 800Khs compared to Nicehash miner. Across the Nvidia's cards SPMOD is best at LYRA2V2 Buy it Quick I need more tests on the gtx 970,980 and 980ti. And please compare to the nicehashminer. Anyone?

Spmod #7 lyra2v2 results
standard clocks
980ti (1280 core clock) 35600 (g1 gaming) 970 (1366 core clock) 22600 (g1 gaming) 960 (1350 core clock) 14500 (msi gaming) 750ti (1275 core clock) 6700 (asus strix)
so 970+960 would do around 37100 on 1350mhz core
Both tsiv and djm34 had kernals with the shuffle instruction a few days after the launch. This nicehash kernal has a simple crypt pass to avoid kernal extraction and reverse engineering. So my bet is that it is a private kernal has been used for a long time in binary form before it was bought by nicehash and spread.

Dont work on GTX 1070 ? .
Should work. The gtx 1070 is unreleased in my country, so how should I know? My mod is optimized for the maxwell cards. SP-mod #7 is made for the 750ti. I have a compute 5.2 mod ready, but will not release it until I get the pascal cards to test. in 1 month. Quark is peaking @ 32MHASH on the 980ti with this mod.

Is there a performance hit? Don't make a stink just because you aren't getting your way.

The sp-mod private #7 (all nicehash algos optimized) is a windows executable. But you can run it in wine if you know how to set up wine..
It will run in full speed on windows, and full speed on linux if run through wine..
On linux you simply type
wine ccminer.exe -a x17 --benchmark
Sp-Mod #5 ( All nicehash algos optimized) default intensities hashrates in MHASH/s. (980ti 1290 coreclock/1650 memclock) faster than ccminer 1.7.5 cuda 7.5 32 build
nist5: 43.80 (+17%) quark: 27.85 (+61,91%) lyra2v2 37.10 x11: 12.85 (+18%) x13: 10.27 (+19.97) x15: 8.83 (+18.52 ) neoscrypt: 0.99 (+73.68%)

I'm not sure I will do the pascal sp-mod. I think I will move to AMD and 512bit bus. 1070/1080 is not attractive when it comes to price/vs hashrate.

Depends on the algo. The ones I usually work on do not use RAM: the 1080/1070 do shine on that.

unless you are talking about new amd, current amd line up can not compete on any algo minus etheruem with 1070, not to mention that the 1070 can be improved further and reach a nice 2x hashrate on any algo comapred to 970, eth excluded, but who care eth is not the only profitable coin...

Current Pascal price/performance seems to be inline with Maxwell for most algos so there's not much incentive to upgrade yet.

Not sure this is going to be a good move either. The 480 has a 256bit bus with gddr5 according to released stats. It might be hampered as well as Nvidia cards this time around. Everyone went with a smaller bus and memory hard algos love their buses. Vega might be better, but that's 2-3 months away. Looks like this is turning into a crapshoot. Unfortunately with availability problems it makes it all the harder for devs (or miners) to get their hands on these cards. Weird, we might end up with a split between algos... Some are better to mine on older cards and some on new cards. Upgrading right now isn't a straight away answer.

Pascal avaiability is also an issue. I bought a 980 off the shelf the day of release, same store won't get 1070s until July 1, and that's only for preorders.
