1% cpu on the 2-core celeron. 6 cards in the testrig

The gtx 1070 only use 130Watt on standard clocks. (g1 gaming)

claymore's etherum  +sia use 180watt on the same card.

On my thread there are multiple reports of people using mine on Windows. They decided not to share, unfortunately. But still I don't think it's worth 40 usd a piece.

I remember back in the days that the opensource m7 miner by Catia did 5 Mh/s on the 750ti (the only maxwell card which was available).

If you're developing stuff please look into making a GPU miner for RIEcoin (volume varies quite a bit day to day), Boolberry already has a GPU miner however it's old, slow, and buggy (definitely could be tuned up and optimized), and of course Zcoin whenever that goes MTP. Lots of different options here, all needed.

This is CryptoNITE (M7) not Monero (CryptoNOTE). Two completely different algos.

It's not a small speedup. The opensource miner doesn't work on windows. My miner is around 40% faster than DJM34's (& catia) 2 year old miner on windows. A 750ti should be able to do 6MHASH with oc. A 970 should do 11500 with oc. a 1060 should do 13MHASH with oc. and 1070 19MHASH ++ with oc

Went and tested some old miners with 970. Couldn't find djm7, djm6 gives 9100-9400, djm5 is the the best coil whine test I have seen so far.

Overclocking gets you closer to 10000, overclocking+tdp limit to 60-70 range gives 80-90% of performance with much lower power consumption. I just can't see +40% here.

sp-mod #2 does 11 Mhash on standard clocks(gtx 970 g1 gaming). I am not a oc guru, but I guess +10% is possible or more. The +40% was messured on the 750ti. I ran the latest djm/catia build, and compared to my build. +40%

xcn is a nice coin. Was traded on poloniex for 540 satoshis a few weeks ago. Now it's taken a small hit down to 205 satoshis. But still profitable to mine for the small/medium size farm miners.
