Someone wants to merge some old Klaust commits from back in 2015. No improvements.

What's the point of merging the fork's when I have done 1079 commits after I branched from ccminer tvpruvot, and tvpruvot has done 683 commits in the same time..




What's the point of merging the fork's when I have done 682 commits after klaust forked my work. The sourcecode tree is too different.

Commits doesn't mean it's faster at what it does. Also what is changed after he's modified your code also doesn't mean it's not in your source. Yeah, shit you might actually need to look at what he changed in the code instead of just merging it...

Weird SP, all I hear from you is 'this is work, I don't want to code'. Most of us are smart enough to realize pure commits means absolutely nothing if it isn't relevant. It's like talking about how many posts someone makes on BCT.

2 ppl have done changes in the same sourcecode that cannot be merged without alot of manual work. The pullrequest's will cause my git to fail to compile. So what is the point..

I asked sp_ to do that because hardcoded realtime priority hard freezes all of my rigs quite often when the miner starts.

But for people who doesn't have that issue and higher priority is required (ccminer is fighting for CPU time with other softwares so much that it's detrimental to the hashrate) you can use
start /HIGH ccminer.exe...
to launch it with high (or whatever) priority, because now that's not overwritten by the hardcoded priority.

@Sp - would you please send me the fixed Spreadminer 10.  I am running the original one you sent which is a little buggy.  Hopefully this stops the crashes.  Thanks - pokeytex

Spreadcoin by itself is not attractive because of non delivery of promises. But there is a proposed "ecomony split" of 1 SPR to 1 HLM (Helium Coin) in the near future. HLM is very attractive as it will deliver what the community wanted all these while, Masternodes and Servicenodes and applications run on Servicenodes. SPR was 1.5k sat before the announcement. Mining SPR is betting that the economy split will happen.

Dev is compiled  AMD GPU miner, but for me does not work. Maybe for other miner works. Maybe DEV uses the correct version and us gave a version with an error. Here I describe the error: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1370307.1260
