What are you guys pulling at the wall with 1080s? Not talking low TDP, max TDP, high OC, high utilization algorithm (SIB for instance).

About 600 watts - (2) EVGA 1080 FTW plus system.  So about 250 watts per card.  Algo - Sha3 - Nexus

Sounds about right. Nexus isn't a high utilization algo though. SIB or Lyra2v2 would do it.

Are you running with reduced tdp? 80% tdp will reduce.the hashrate by 5-10% on the gtx 1070 (sp-mod #6)

really nice with a single card, but the card is too expensive, maybe better to go with a 1080? now with the 1080 and the price cut i find it a good option

No it isn't but it is worth 10% less than yesterday so actually -$80 + $6 first day earnings, first 2-3 weeks just covering losses. LBC nethash is going to catch soon so there are not so many $6 days left.

Two used 1070/1080 would be better business.

480 making $3 on Pasc+Eth. $200 card Vs $700.

I'm sure you can figure out that you can buy 3.5 for the same price, $11 a day.

Tried out sp-mod #6 but it doesn't seem any better for me, i'm using GTX 1080 FE, the speed is the same both on optimized power limit 55% and full 100% at cost of dramatically higher cpu usage, 0% on #5, up to 70% on #6 (4790k @ 4.7ghz, 4 cards mining). Both versions give me about 310-320 mhash/s at 55% power limit or about 400 mhash/s at 100% power limit. Unless i'm doing something wrong, I don't see any improvements at all by using #6.

2-3 weeks are not that much in crypto, your gpu will mine for months, the difference is that with trading you have a big risk of losing if the coin is dumped, with gpu you never lose anything, in fact i never lost anything by mining

not easy to find specific used 1080 like palit SJS...
