PALGIN'S LATEST RELEASE (V3) STABLE OVERNIGHT--

The math is a little rough, but my 980ti is earning about $5.50 a day mining BitCore, where it normally earns $2.50.  I am mining on YIIMP, with an intensity of  "-i 21"  The card clocks at 13MH/s, and earns about 1.6 BTX a day.  At he current price of 0.00215 BTC for 1 BTX:

       1.6 BTX/DAY x .00215 BTC/BTX x $1600/BTC = $5.50/DAY

Lunch at McD's is paid for.       --scryptr

I modified it a bit to allow intensities up to 23.5 on 8GB cards.

intensities ...

even on 11gb cards - does it make that much difference - or marginal? ...

What are you getting in the bitcore algo?

I compiled ccminer 2.0 and get this with -i 21

gtx 1060 3gb 10.3MHASH
gtx 1070 16MHASH
gtx 970  8MHASH

sounds about right?

This speed will downgrade during time in your case. And card will not be doing 100% gpu load

Well, on my cards it makes some difference. Better core usage for the power level, it looks.
Efficiency is almost unaltered, though.

I don't think publishing tips here is a good idea: someone will make an exe and sell it :-D
Better make a pull request to tpruvot's when I get some free time.

tanx ...

you are a gem among the thorns mate ...

im supposing that in a huge farm - that would make a big difference - but in a few cards - that would be almost negligible ... which is the reason why i asked - verification ...

A long time ago I split the simd so that the rest of the algos could run at a higher intensity. It's in my github somewhere

edit, found it:

Use half the memory in simd so that we can double the intesity

WHEN X11 AND QUARK HASH MADE GOOD BITCOIN--

Your code was good, and it was fast.  When you get improvements on the BitCore algo, please post them.  But, 0.2 BTC for a miner makes no sense, even if all the code is released.  At least, not for a miner like me.

If we all pooled together and you then released the code, maybe.  Several coders have funded their work that way.  When 2 BTC was $400-500, the concept worked.  CryptoMining-Blog might even post an article.       --scryptr

As I said. 0.2BTC for a mod makes sense if bitcore is listed and traded on bigger exchanges.

How much would you pay for a zcash miner that does 500MHASH on the gtx 1070 (10% faster than EWFB)

0.2BTC would be a giveaway...

THE BIG FARMS WOULD SNAP IT UP--

You should just keep it to yourself, really.  With a farm like yours, you'd make that much in the performance margin alone, weekly.  But, the big coders appear to have maxxed out Equihash.  Claymore is working on stability and features for his miners.

A while back, Jay Leno told the "No, you can't have the Mango!" comedy dude to clean up his act.    I can't remember his name, where is he today?       --scryptr

Hmmm... Palgin's v3 did closer to 18MH with 980ti, 16MH @80% tdp. Didn't even touch to intensity.
