Anyway, hopefully nobody gets a sudden urge to dump 5000 shares

bringing the price down to .0007.

Well, in any event the problem is this near total lack of bid.

But I for one am looking forward to AmHash4 at .0008.

The reason may be adjusting to future difficulty growth. At this BTC price (300) every difficulty growth percent means twice as big amhash dividend drop. So if the difficulty grows 10%, dividend will drop about 20%. At 15% you are at 30% dividend drop in ten days, which will have huge effect on ROI...

Yeah, this has actually been mentioned here quite extensively.

But the association with the Hashie garbage probably hasn´t helped either.

They did give the garbage credibility, allowing it to suck more victims in.

Who was it again that said he held his finger over the sell button? Did you manage to press it in time?

Yep, it´s a meltdown.

When there´s no bid to speak of the crash can be pretty hard.

I pity anyone who isnt familiar with Havelock and its tendency to lockup under heavy trading... if you are counting on hitting sell and your browser times-out, you won't get a second chance Smiley

It was profitable.  Averaged out just before the last dif change @ 0.001185 - the writing was on the wall bid book.

The problem on havelock is that there is no demand for buying share but too much for selling. The thing people can do right now is just stop selling and wait. Lets keep share around 0.01 btc. What if btc price is up to 350 or 370 next few days?

The reason there's no demand is the supply of greater fools is not infinite.  Please follow your own advice and hold, so that others may dump at a better price.
To answer your second question:  The coins you lose will be worth more.

Relax man, you can always average down.

And the market will stay bidless. Those who buy cheap

now will tank the market later. It´s all about timing.
