Does anybody have any information which bank account(s) were used by Friedcat and/or his companies? I'm aware that it is common in China to use relative's or friend's accounts, however, even this information would be useful.

What are you gonna do with it? Proceed with legal action? Btw, anyone suing them for real or everybody gave up already? What about l3sny from KRYPTOLOGIKA or AirWolf and his Russian friends? Please share all the funny stories Tongue

Fraud and embezzlement are really the best crimes to commit (if you're a crook) because you really never have to pay it back. You might do a little time, but what's a few months in jail when you've taken millions and millions of dollars?
Of course that's the western world. These assholes are in China. I'm sure they would face a firing squad which I personally would love to see. Send your complaints and any info about FC to the Chinese cops. You'll never see any money, let's at least see vengeance

The size of someone like FC's operation in China involved a lot of people, and assuredly some (If not most) of his customers were Chinese.  If legal action is being threatened, I would check the Chinese threads regarding this, as they are probably well ahead of you.  Of course, they may have hired assassin's to hunt him and down and kill him.  They do business over there in different ways...  Perhaps his fate has already been met.  A shallow grave, marked by a rusting miner tombstone...

No amounts of bitcoins is worth the life of a human.  I don't like FC but stop threatening his life.

No. AMHash, ASICMiner, and Friedcat are all long gone.  Around mid February of 2015, FC 'disappeared' and all of the 'miners' being used by AMHash were also gone.  At some point, AM and FC turned into a scam.  Sorry for your loss.

So did Havelock offer the lost coins to investors?  Would all of this be prevented with ethereum contract?
