Yes but in what way does it affect clients of Amhash (Asicminer/Rockminer)?? Who was robbed? Because it seems to me that it was  the company that let FC to handle the coins not the customers.
At the end of the day some pissed off chinese investors will just ask criminal police for assistance.

Yes it is possible as they were advertising/promoting services that were outside of their control. If I start promoting Nigerian scams and someone looses money I am liable for this along with the Nigerian scammers (who are not tracable). That's how the law works no matter where.
