@DEV

Thank you guys bring this fantastic tech to community, I have a question, how can you implement reverse-transaction, like  I buy a goods but when  I receive it I found it's bad, so how can you deal with this scenario, can you explain it in tech perspective?

Because its double deposit the contracts are unbreakable. Please read my whitepaper at BitHalo.org. By both parties making an advanced deposit they have to work together. Escrow extensions are allowed but if they dont play nice the money is destroyed.

Thanks Dave. I'm sure you'll have more of these questions tomorrow during the AMA. It's the learning curve. We understand. Thanks again.

Hey buddy, I know on the surface how this may look but they will get the technology they asked for because they are contracting with Halo on it. So this just helps both parties. It was a mutually beneficial business deal. Lets say you are correct and the price drops, but you see they are still getting my tech and markets and they STILL fork to a hedging coin. Simply because they have are willing to take care of a dev team. During our negotiations they did in fact show me with their ACTIONS that they are more than capable of doing so. The old pump and dump scheme is over. Things are changing in cryptospace. Maybe you should just take a "wait and see approach". By them running a dev team, its absolutely amazingly beneficial to Blackcoin. Because now, it will be so much easier for me to get tasks completed... especially if there is staff on hand to help.

So, regardless of what you think the background is of people who licensed from me is, they are in fact willing to branch out from the current phony coin launches. That in my eyes is mutually beneficial to Blackcoin and any smart contracting related tech. As the owner of Halo, these are the types of deals that are of the highest value.

Just a quick update for everyone. We have decided to reward our earlier investors buy giving them a discount depending on when they buy their coins.

The formula will unfold as follows.
Each coin will be priced at:
252-264 satoshi -Day 1
264-276 satoshi -Day 2
276-288 satoshi -Day 3
288-300 satoshi -Day 4
300 satoshi -Day 5

Price will go up 1 satoshi every 2 hours on the hour.
Any unsold coins will be burned by BTER.

We hope you enjoy this opportunity and make the most of it.

Thank you.

Can I sell on Day 5?

what a sarcasm.

To answer why I was contracted by a someone from China is pretty simple. First of all I have been in this space for a very long time and happen to know a lot of people. So I get approached all the time. It also happens that I'm living now in SouthEast Asia so it made sense for me to meet with them since its a much shorter flight. I'm in Cambodia now, and can easily swing to India and China if needed. Also, I already have two devs and get two more in a week. Their goal is to start taking part in the technical space, not just chase a quick buck.

where is  my post?

Posts of no relevance will be deleted. BitBay is not a Blackcoin copy. We are working at having the first widely used decentralized marketplace with smart contracts where the need to trust in a third party will be cease to exist.

Get ready for the revolution and please stop spamming our thread.

Thank you.

thanks for reply and deleting my posts.

again. please tell us who is that Chinese guy? why do you need a Chinese guy to contact blackcoin? did he plan the whole scheme?

You are mistaken. No one contacted Blackcoin. We contacted Mr David Zimbeck. Can we agree that one is not the other? We do have some Chinese individuals involved. Some that spent years at Alibaba and they will help to bring BitBay to a wider range of users.

Why a Chinese guy contacted David Zimbeck?

may I know the man who spent years in Alibaba? I think it was him contacted David and promised btc and later improvement for BLK!  Let we Chinese verify his experience and resources.  We are serous investors, and we are capable of verifying all the matter in Alibaba. we also have friends in Alibaba, Jingdong, etc.

Thanks very much, what about the legal issues, as you know if some guys trade drugs, guns etc using BitBay, there will be government intervention, it will harm the whole crypto currency world, I suppose you have considered this thing in your design, can you share some information to the community?

Not at all, the markets are decentralized but can implement filters using whitelists, burn and moderation keys. The clients can filter anything. Its absolutely possible to have a white market in a decentralized space. On of our guys made a diagram for BlackHalo/NT and I believe BitBay is also doing one.

Hey guys, I am the original poster of that. I wrote that in a pissed off mood after I heard the initial news BEFORE I spoke to David. I cleaned up what I said after I spoke to David. Also, we made a Weibo post regarding whats going on as well. Disregard what I said in that message thanks.

This simply is not true. Josh was taken by surprise, he lives down the street from me. This was before we had talked... here is what he said on reddit.
http://www.reddit.com/r/blackcoin/comments/2lllit/my_personal_statement_regarding_todays_events/

Me and Josh are good friends read his post above and you will retract your statement. As much as I dont like speaking on the behalf of others.

Also, if I coded Halo from scratch dont you think I know how coins work?! Of course I can code anything. I can code a coin from scratch, thats why these guys hired me to manage the project. I'm currently working 12 hours a day 7 days a week. No time to do everything. Rat4 is a great man, he helped code some API calls a few days for cold staking and got really upset because he thought I was leaving Blackcoin which is just not true. I'm not putting cold staking into Bay of at least not for a very long time. Bay is just a different coin. They will be fixed to the price of RMB. But of course I'm not leaving Blackcoin, Rat4 knows that now in fact, Josh was the one to explain it to him. I'm Blackcoin for life! This is just a project that will be mutually beneficial to everyone and cryptospace in general. You can't run a business without doing business with others. Hoarding technology was never my intention. In fact, the original intention was open source but that would have been too premature. So lets make all this clear. You are free to PM me anything you want.

You guys should skip the 3000btc ipo on an exchange.. and do it on your own marketplace? Why would you use an exchange if you already have a marketplace?

Little bit confused here.  Wouldn't this be the best way to enter into smart contracts?

I've never used Bter before.   Would prefer to invest through your client.

Let me know if this will be an option.

Thanks!

Good looking ANN.  Really like the dynamic pricing throughout the ICO offering.  I may just have to sign up for a BTER account.  It's cheap enough to give it a shot.  Looks like a lot of work has gone into BAY!
