Im having a bit of trouble to think of a good way for the seeds giveaway. I was thinking something like, buy 3000-5000 grow from the market, and then you get a chance of winning 3 seeds incl shipping. I was thinking about ~10-15 packs of seeds for the first round

So if you have a good idea, I really can use some help on this one

Yes, but still. When you have the biggest marketday in history of your exchange, then at least let it run as long as possible and when it is a little less busy then do updates. But i'm not worried. Cryptsy had the same kind of problems in the beginning, so as long as they didn't lose any BTCs etc, everything is still fine.

How about you put a raffle ticket in the shop that you can only buy with GROW? Make each raffle $1 (Make GROW ICO price the value did some quick math and I think 575 GROW is about a $1 US) That would kind of kick start the destruction

Yes, everything seems to be based on that 1 shop, in fact it should be a coin for all shops not for something specific. In fact grow should be more linked to growing opportunities, and not grow related to weed etc. It should be somehow re-marketing. I had a discussion with C-CEX yesterday, and they will not add GROW because they don't like the concept. I believe the same problem applies to Bittrex. If we move away from the weed type of concept (in fact the hype around CANN is already over) and move to something more related to growing business etc, then this coin can explode.

This is a wonderful coin shame we not getting the support the coin deserves..and unfortunately the dumpers now are killing it price wise..I haven't dumped one grow coin as yet.. on the contrary i bought more after ICO as well. How is the GROW shop doing any news of sales?

You can spend other coins in the shop. Which will then be used to purchase and destroy GROW. So there are other ways then just buying BTC->GROW->shop.

Barry is attempting to reach a more global audience by utilized crypto-currencies, so people outside the Netherlands can more comfortably access these products. The shop is very new and Many people may look upon with suspicion if they are not familiar with crypto-currencies. To many people BTC is still viewed as an evil drug trafficking CP ponzi scheme. Even established seed bank distribution sites are constantly berated with accusations of being untrustworthy.

And again, the market for MMJ coins is small. The market for people GROWing is even smaller. The target audience needs to be found and they need to be aware of this source which I believe will turn out to be a great one. He is also offering many other neccessities for growing great Cannabis (tents, light, nutrients).

I am looking forward to receiving my beans, and look forward to what Barry comes up for the giveaway. It would be something good to get out their and advertise and maybe boost some traffic on the site and volume on the exchanges

Why should we focus on other shops atm?  Every merchant can add us at any time if they want to. We are added on cointopay.com. So were already accesible for many merchants. That is already one step ahead of many other altcoins. Talking about other merchants while we are not even listed on a high volume exchange is not going to work at this time. And yes, maybe dutch poeple would go to their around the corner growshop... But the Dutch market alone is not what we are aiming for.

As far as the "cann hype". It was never my intention to ride a hype, I wanted to bring something new. Which I did imo.

About c-cex, that is the first time I hear about this. It makes me wonder why they said other things to me.. Not really professional to not be direct towards me, but giving me the feeling we are on the top of their list I dont know what to think about that tbh After all my attempts for contact, they never said anything to me about this. I am also wondering what it is they dont like then With all due respect, shitcoin after shitcoin gets a listing there.. Maybe we arent "shit" enough for them or something   Funny they did add Euphoria coin which launched after us, and is selling some kind of natural "drugs" or something

We need to try to just be a little more patient with this. I really think we have something special here and I would hate to see it being written off as a failure before it is given a chance. Just because this coin hadn't been hyped up to unbelievable proportions doesn't mean it can't succeed.

GROW set out to be a MMJ cultivators coin that can be used to obtain the information and supplies needed to attain beautiful flowers. Let's see if we can give that dream a go before changing it to something else.

Looks like coin-swap is still having some issues. But once that is back-up I think we need to look towards the seed giveaway as a way to put the shop out there and a chance to promote GROW.

Giveaway/Raffle Idea:

Create a raffle ticket in the store that can be purchased with 600-1200 GROW ($1-2). Should be ez-pz. 

Will get the coin destruction started and may get some attention from people on the sidelines waiting to get in.

I think we can get everything we want out of this coin (success) if we just put our heads together and come up with some innovative things to get the attention of potential investors. Barry gave us a great foundation to work on, lets not pervert from the original goal.

Alright... Im planning to add more seeds then just cannabisseeds.
Veggies and fruit seeds will be added after I find a good supplier for those.

I have to take a good look at the webshop itself... Because it needs a new catecory and such for this.. So I need to re-arrange the menus etc.


I asked a few of my friends about their opinion about the logos.. They all think the one we hae now is still the best option... I might change the canabisstyle into a more "every plant" kind of design
