Rally time? Anyone else wish they'd bough around 50ish?  I myself never catch bottoms or tops perfectly, I try to give myself a little cushion room on both sides to confirm things. So wishing I bought at 50ish feels like a good sign to me. Lets see how this plays out.  Grin

I bought 60% what I could between 55-57 some 12 hours ago, then sold it on 69 just to wait 2-3 hours to drop and then rebought at 69.99 Smiley

Went to sleep, in meantime it drop 50, when I woke up it was 60 Smiley

However, not bad, I have some 30-35% more coins than before the crash.

Hi guys.

Bitcoin Fact: the price of bitcoin will not be greater than $70k for more than 25 consecutive days at any point in the rest of recorded human history.

What The Flying Fuck? I bought a significant quantity at 50, did I just snipe the bottom? Normally my get in and out moments are far from ideal!

Nice catch Cool, I'm watching tentatively for the GTFO moment though Smiley
If we can hold passed 20.00UTC with a steady increase of buying volume over the previous bottom then this may well be a true double bounce, if not then a few heads will scalped as it passes $50 Undecided

Hi proudhon, are you a bull now? Based on your bottom calling at 50? Did you get in at 50ish?

$50 was probably the bottom.  I don't reveal my positions anymore.

Translation: Proudhon bought at 50.

Proudhon, welcome to the bottom snipers club! I sniped the low on Bitfloor (must have been just above 50) in my sleep last night.

Not fair, I had a buy at $50 on Virtex but it never got below $60.

ive seen this play before...   going to wait some more before buying back.. in..

Whatever. And no you haven’t been in bitcoin since 2010. Plus if you really feel the way you do. Then sell. Have conviction. If not keep pounding sand.

I'm not going to disclose what I may or may not have done recently.  In any event, I've been a member of the snipers club since 2011.

I'm not sure what's more odd, the fact that people actually care when or if you bought, or the fact that you won't "disclose" it.

I think people want to know because proudhon is one of the more prominant characters around here. He's been a troll like villain for some, and a bear cheerleader for others. But I've seen him make the transition from bear to bull and eventually back again before so it is fun to see him possibly make the switch. The fact that he is publicly willing to call a possible bottom and change his tone to more positive shows a method to the madness, a reasonability that a permabear or permabull might not typically have, hahah.
