Please note, if you haven't submitted information yet and are on the fence... now is the time to do it. From the article... The first major statement that our editorial team has seen highlighted in these documents is a statement from Mr. Garza in August of 2013. Mr. Garza stated that a percentage of the profits for ZenPool came from “day trading.” You might want to fix that. I'm pretty sure ZenPool wasn't a "thing" in 2013.

Aww poor Homero had a tummy ache and had to call out sick to the conference. I wonder if mama Garza had to write him a note. We need our "champions" to rise to occasion. To put the interest of the community first. We have made our choice What the fuck does that even mean? I'm assuming he's referring to the champions list but exactly what are they going to do? IF they exist they have already put in massive amounts of money and I highly doubt they want to put in anymore especially right now. If "champions" refers to others, I have no idea who they are and what rise to the occasion means. He has all hands on deck now censoring HT so nothing more can be done about that.

@CoinFire - very interesting article. I have been and remain deeply troubled by what I've seen from GAW & co. However, I'm wondering why you were given the documents you quoted from. I'm not sure why the SEC would give you anything or comment on an investigation - unless you are the SEC. Anyway, the article seems like good work - just can't wrap my head around why you'd have the kind of access you apparently do - seems like it may blow the lid off of any ongoing investigations or surveillance efforts. Heads might roll if I were the boss.

I'm sure heads are going to roll but not at Coinfire. The investigation started with the death threats from the gaw crowd to the editor at Coinfire. I wouldn't be surprised to see an FBI investigation after this. @CoinFire - very interesting article. I have been and remain deeply troubled by what I've seen from GAW & co. I also love the "We have made our choice" line. That's at least the second, maybe third, time he's said that. What the fuck does THAT even mean? And he had to end with this: The above represent my honest and personal thoughts.Gee thanks. Who the hell else's thoughts would they be? I guess I am to infer that many of his other posts were NOT his honest and personal thoughts?

We are the team that published the previous SEC documents regarding alt coins and securities that turned out to be confirmed by at least one fund manager to Wired.

I'm trying to digest all of this with the coin fire article. Before we break open a bottle of Champaign, Is there any chance of inaccuracies? or is there any facts to support the "facts" as described in the article? Just playing the devils advocate for a moment, as we all know there is and will be skepticism from many fronts until we read or see more on the investigation if we can dare call it that. I guess I am waiting to see more than the snippets posted in article... albeit well written. Just hope its all accurate and true PS: ok, Don't throw eggs at me lol

Now we have two... likely because the third was spooked when they poked around trying to find out who leaked the last documents.

Ok settle down guys we're starting to trigger BitJane... Lol, she's a moron. CF doesn't get paid if you read their article. They get paid if you click one of their ads. I haven't had the stomach to read HashTalk but I've recently clicked a few links in this thread for shits & giggles. It's freakin' alarming just how brainwashed, delusional and STUPID those Hashtalk folks are! How do they even have a PENNY to invest in GAW after repeatedly falling victim to Nigerian email scams for the past 10 years?
