It's fairly obvious what Josh™ is planning here.  This is a major CYA for Josh for what is about to come.  Namely a bankruptcy which will wipe out all liability for the honor program.  At least I think this is his backup plan for now.  

Going forward he wants to see how many paycoins he can lock into this honor program, removing sell pressure so they can continue to sell to more sheeple at a propped up price.  He refuses to answer questions on priority of payout, and constantly tries to reassure that 100,000 is the minimum but that doesn't mean it wont be higher! *wink wink*, won't give information on bonding the program to assure payout, there will be zero transparency of how many coins are in escrow, who got paid etc, and they will flood the shit out of the escrow with their own coins that cost them ZERO to acquire.  The payouts will be ABSURDLY low for all the sheeple that put their coins into it, the lawsuits will start flying around, and that's when he executes the backup plan.

I have a buy for 20 in @ 0.00950002, just above that big buy wall @ 0.00950000. Hoping that will stop the slide there and the pump will commence once again, but who knows? Only the pumpers...

I guess perhaps I should have my buy order in just above the 500 XPY buy wall @ 0.0095555, but I am thinking that one is going to fall. We shall see. Donald Trump NEVER EVER filed for bankruptcy as an individual - he made his companies bankrupt - which then were eligible for a bail out. I know Josh and crypto are different - but he has a personal bitcoin farm paid for by lies and false promises.  I dare say josh is looking to cut and run now.  Joe is probably working in the private farm since he listed entrepreneur as his new job.

To be fair, he went back into the military as a air plane technician. And from what it looks like, working on those jet fighters was what brought him back to his old job - hell I wouldn't give that up.  I doubt very much it was family reasons.  Also his IT certificates where gained (well done) in the last year or 2. So unless he saw the monumental task that is ...IT, he shat himself.  Most people do not go directly to ITO when they have NO IT experience, never built, designed any IT infrastructure.  Burn out ? - probably, but that was less than 1 year in that role.  But he did have to deal with Josh, as a military person who takes orders, imagine him answering to someone as clueless as Josh ?  That is the self entitled army way - civies are below you and why would you take orders off someone who isn't a full 6 pack upstairs.

Where it went wrong is what was originally an interesting idea, that a new coin with 100 million backing, and already in place relationships with Amazon Walmart and Target, after everyone signed up because of that, immediately failed to materialize.
