Just wanted to give everyone an update that we haven't lost lawsuit. Doesn't have anyone on staff to answer this my ass. He simply wants to plant the seed that sites citing "false reporting" will have to amend things. He knows the answer to this. He just wants to pretend he doesn't in an effort to make it seem an action is incoming.... which it isn't. Anybody have an archive/screenshot of this post? Looks like it was deleted from Hashtalk? At least the link doesn't work for me. His actual attorney probably told him to knock it the fark off. |

This is just getting better by the second... we hired one of the best legal firms out there, but don't have anybody that can answer a simple legal question so everybody ask your lawyers. Then he covers up asking it. Open mouth, insert foot.

Remember the meaning of con artist is confidence artist. The confidence must always be maintained it is of the utmost importance without the confidence the game is over. Why else would he be talking about this bullshit on Hashtalk, then he goes on to say "Sent the message to a few family lawyers, will hear back soon" making it seem like I have lawyers in my family don't worry its all good. Although he's not very good at the con game any hustler worth their salt can see his mistakes, like saying he has the best lawyers in the country but he has to contact family lawyers and Hashtalk forum?  |

There is no way out for this fucker, I'm willing to bet he thought his honor program would prop up the price near $20 due to arbitrage so his actual price to maintain the program would be way less than 100k, but it's not going to work. You can't discount his sheep though, they will pump every last dime they have into this. I love how he somehow expects people to just give away their coins with no actual terms tied, but i suppose its not a stretch for his sheople. It's no matter i guess, he will just flood his own escrow essentially paying himself or use it as a way to launder money away from paybase to his own coffers while the sheep get a satoshi per month.

Yes this will inevitably be the case. Everybody that meant something jumped ship weeks ago and now all that's left is the captain to go down with his ship. I'm sure there will be no shortage of followers dumping their money into escrow without defined terms and equal escrow from GAW. |
