Seems like same old crypsty though, deposits taking a while, was near instant on Coin-Swap

coin-swap definitely came out the biggest winner here. Both in taking transaction fees and being just an all around great guy!

Yeah, they did a hell of a job.  Not least of all, as somebody previously mentioned, handling all of the traffic.  XPY in and BTC out all went smoothly with no issues.

I even put that up on HT a long time ago when PayBase was first announced (and referenced how long it took Cryptsy to get their registration done). Didn't get any answers then about when GAW started filing for MSB licensing.
