i have whistle coins on bittrex. whats going on?

I think you are too late to the party. One of two things would have to happen. Provided that blockchain is still going, a withdrawal will still work going to the old wallet. From there you could send them to the burn address with the correct wallet for that. Then the possibilities are:
-zeded, out of pure goodness, takes from his own coins to give to you.
-if a new client is issued there could be a hard fork for a new genesis block. I would imagine a lot of people would need to be waiting with whistle coin for this to have a chance at happening.
-you are completely out of luck. Bittrex has had the coin with warnings for what seemed like months, and then the exchange of the coin stopped. You had all that time to find out what was happening.
-any other possibilities are currently out of my scope of understanding.

I wonder how many whistle coins are still on bittrex, I haven't heard an answer here.

I'm confused. So Bitcurrency is a 100% premined coin that has nothing to do with whistle coin?

No BitCurrency is a takeover of WhistleCoin and a coin swap took place.

No one stole any coins, you were essentially left with coins that had no developer. Many coins die out, then if you had them on an exchange they can tell you one of two things. 1) Get them off the exchange. 2) The blockchain is broken, and we are delisting the coin(i.e. you lose everything).

The burn address, of this coin, after the swap was finished, got 54,641,736 coins. That would equal 5,464,173 whistlecoins still unaccounted for. And the final value at bittrex puts those coins worth less than 3.3btc. So you can't be complaining about anything more than 3.3btc. What were you doing all the weeks that the coin had a banner saying it was going to be delisted?

Now if someone had coins held in a wallet, not paying attention, then they were also ready to lose coins. Sorry, but these coins are all experimental coins, nothing is promised or guaranteed. You should watch all the coins you hold. If you had a two month or longer tropical vacation, that less than 3.3btc loss should mean nothing to you. And if you would like to get in this coin, you can still do that, as they are on the yobit exchange. Finally, if you held all those unaccounted coins, I'm sorry for you, I don't think there will be an answer you like.

thats why people pay attention to the threads of the coins they own, the process took forever between the first discussion and when the swap happened. were you in a coma?  lol is it legal? lol cryptos are barely legal themselves in some places... would you have rather the whistlecoin dev just ditch it and let it die?

cryptoland is about personal responsibility, in other words if you own coins it's your job to keep up with whats going on with your investment... not ignoring it for months then acting surprised when something drastic happens to a new coin. live and learn

I will put my bittrex whistle coins into a paper wallet. Now that I have an account on bitcointalk, I will come back once and awhile to make sure everyone knows that bitcurrency is a 100% premined coin scam that no one should be interested in.

I think you are very childish and because you do not follow threads of your coins and missed out on the coin swap. This was discussed for weeks and you should have paid attention  Huh

Also funny thing that you set up a newbie account to spread fud.

I would have been interested in maybe doing a collection to help make up for you missing the swap, but your attitude's completely put me off the idea. Zeded took a dead project with no developer and got it back off the ground, which you would have known if you'd cared enough to look into the status of the project even once over the last two months. Everyone who participated in the swap got BTCR in place of their worthless WSTL and were grateful. Zeded could easily have just have started a new project, had a nice little ICO and made a few BTC rather than put in all this work to help out a community and project left high and dry.

You should examine the way you went about this. If you had been cordial and polite you might now have some BTCR. Instead you came here and behaved like an angry, demanding, spoiled and entitled child, and because of that people aren't likely to want to help you.

I'm almost doubting that they own any whistle, or if they do they watched the swap happen but didn't partake just so they could be a little drama queen.  lol their chance to troll... trolling for the sake of trolling is like masterbating to a mirror... you might think it's hot sh!t, but anyone else just thinks it's creepy and deprived  as f#ck.

most people in crypto wouldn't have ignored what was going on with their dying coin like whistle was for months before the takeover.

there was absolutely no scam

I was worried week after week I saw the banner in bittrex for whistlecoin. Some people pick up coins on pumps and then they seem to forget about them. With all the past exchanges having problems, people should at least check on their coin weekly.

From now on please have this as a no trolling zone, thank you.

Bitcurrency can do whatever they want. They should stop trying to pull weak scams though. Scams are stupid.

I have been here from the start of Whistle coin and all the way through the take over till now, this is no scam, the dev from whistle coin gave up from little interest and zeded took over with his vision reviving the coin and I will add that everything was transparent and fair to the community.

brainloene calm down man, its clear that you have been under a rock for some time are you unaware that cryptocurrency days are like 10x normal days.. if you invest you have to keep an eye on whats going on same for every alt coin.

how many coins did you own brain?

You spread fud here on a few times now, maybe it is time to stop. I am sure the community wanted to help you because you did not follow thread.

But you burned all the bridges.

As I said before you had more than enough times to swap your coins.

This is a very calm time for the bitcurrency community and a great time to pick up coins cheap. As soon as zeded has more time, I'm sure we will see some major advancement in the market. As it is now, we have a solid wallet, that seemingly has no issues, and I'm keeping 10 connections! This coin has a long road in front of it.
