I e-mailed you a few times, but I haven't received any answers from you. But I can see that you are active on severals boards, so I will now try to reach you through here.
My issue: I haven't received money into my bank account from a transaction through the SEPA transfer option. I know that you have a fully automated transaction system, which is cool. When it works. I know that mistakes can be made when entering personal bank information, but I checked several times and I don't think that I made any mistypes.
I really like your service, but receiving no answers from you is usually not a good sign. I'm not comfortable typing any personal information here in public, so maybe we can talk further in PM?

PayPal takes upto 12 hours as it's sent manually. Unfortunately opening tickets will not speed up the process as it's different departments. Regards

There are no outstanding paypal payouts at the moment. Can you please check and tell us your ticket id so that we can check your trade? Unfortunately the payout process can't be speed up somehow.

I bought bitcoins for 120 € with skrill yesterday. I have bought bitcoins three times before and get the coins instandly. But this time i am waiting nearly 24 hourse and nothing happend. I wrote the support, but dont get an answer. I bought the coins always with the same skrill-account! You attract with instand processing, but dont do that and dont answer on questions!

I would like to put my comments to public.
I do NOT recommend to use Bitpanda services. There are huge problems with both payment processing and communication!
I'm a fully verified user! I have done transactions for many thousands euros and paid in fees probably $400-500 already.
And every second transaction with them gets it's problems... Either it's processing for hours (even it has status "We received your Payment and are sending your order right now") or something else happening suddenly.
I have bought on 02.03 bitcoins for 3000 EUR (in 2 transactions - 1000 and 2000). They advertising that this service takes 10 seconds ("Processing Time: 10 Seconds").
I'm still sitting without bitcoins and what's even worth - without any answer from their lowest ever level of customer support!!!
They never apologize for mistakes, they never say what's the reason for problems and what has happened...
I really recommend to avoid Bitpanda. If they not gonna end as a scam very soon - I'll be surprised.

Payments were succesfully processed through Sofort system, money have reached your account in Austria latest on Friday morning, both payments have status "We received your Payment and are sending your order right now." and I was not contacted by anyone from your "risk team". There are no answers to any email or ticket either. I suggest people not to buy or sell anything through Bitpanda at least until this issue is resolved. They are most probably scam and when you start complaining - they start to get even more "formal" and "not speeding up anything". Very unprofessional approach to the service. I'm going to initiate a process against Coinimal GmbH on Monday, will send all details to my lawyers in Wien - BLS Rechtsanwälte. Under Terms & Conditions https://www.bitpanda.com/legal-and-privacy published on bitpanda.com website - it's not allowed to block my money, especially without explaining anything and just ignoring me until I go to the public.
