You sent the transactions with a very low fee so the bitcoin network did not confirm them yet. Practically the coins are still on the sending address until a transaction confirmed that they were moved. This didn't happen yet.

In your shoes I would wait some more. If nothing helps then you might try to send the funds again. The way depends on the wallet you use.

Let me express my disappointment with customer support at BitPanda while dealing with an unpleasant situation.

Long story short, I have used BitPanda many times in the past and recently I had done the mistake of using a different credit card than the one I always used before to purchase my BTC. Due to this, BitPanda didn't release any funds which is ok,  I understand, those are the rules of the game.
They requested a copy of my ID and my CC to see I am in possession of such card. Several hours after submission all was good and I had the BTC in my wallet.

Time went on and I decided to buy some BTC again and remembering what happened last time I made sure to use the card I used every single time before I once mistakenly used the 2nd card.
I paid for the BTC and I was again welcomed by the same message saying I have used more than one card and I should send all documents again to prove I am the owner. I would like to repeat this is the card I have used every single time before that.
Being in a hurry I gave up and decided to go with the flow, I submitted all that was requested. Now we are 24 hours later in the story, I have submitted a query asking if the situation is ok and whats the estimation on releasing the funds (which I have bought using the card that I used ever since the beginning of my BitPanda journey) and my funds still are not cleared nor did I get any kind of reply.

I would like to say that I am disappointed with the approach mainly due to the fact that this is a fast pace environment, a sensitive one because peoples money involved (which bothers me the most - that I didnt receive any proper feedback) and also my funds are held because I used the one card that I have used ever since I first signed up for BitPanda therefore I refuse the claim that this is a card that is unknown to the company.

If anybody would like to look into my query and persuade me BitPanda is worth further running my money through these are the details

the problem is that our system enforeces this very strictly, so with 3 cards this can happen easily. Shouldn't happen in the future anymore for your account.

If you use more Creditcards than are allowed, the verification of the additional ones can take longer time. Don't worry it will be processed if everything checks out

Understood, are you able to give any ETA or does it vary quite a lot? Are you also able to confirm, this is the card i used for my first purchases.. i then used a different one by accident that i got verified, i now used the first one again.. is it ok to just use the initial card once this is verified too?

It is good service the people can buy bitcoins and altcoins use neteller and skrill for payment method
i hope on there the fees of transaction are not too expensive,
because as we know the fees transaction use revisible payment on this forum are expensive although
that is high risk accept skrill and neteller on there.
