Has anyone published out the wattage draw to frequency settings in a chart for 110v?

I'm considering adding in additional S5s to some 2 Phase 208v 30 Amp Breakers. I have 4 of these circuits just sitting idle in one of my rooms.

Im a little unfamiliar with 208v to begin with, let alone 2 Phase. If I buy the simple distros for the sockets, use EVGA g2 1300w PSUs, how many could I plug in and feed of a 30a 208v 2 Phase?

30a x 208v = 6000W, of which you should try to keep the load below 5400W (80% capacity) since mining is 24/7 load. Thats enough to run 4 1300W PSUs, but not necessarily at full load.

1250W draw at ~90% efficiency means the PSU draws almost 1400W at the wall, and 4*1400 would exceed the recommended maximum of 5400W. It would be advised to try and draw 1200W or less from each 1300W PSU

208V will get you better energy efficiency out of your power supplies. You could run 4 EVGA 1300W per 30amp 208v breaker of a PDU. I would use a PDU like this one to distribute your power to the PSUs.

How do you shut these miners down to say replace a fan or move the miner? Mine came with an antminer motherboard switch. Being a computer geek, I hate just cutting the power. Somehow it feels wrong, but is that what your supposed to do? Just kill the power either with the red antminer switch or the psu switch? Doing this a couple of time switching out fans to try them with temp control lead one board to not respond during initial boot. It was only after full boot and a restart that the board came back online. I can't find a shutdown or turn off setting anywhere, so how dose the rest of you power down your miner for either maintenence or changing a fan?

Unfortunately, the only way Bitmain gave us to turn them off is to turn off the PSU. Yes, it does seem wrong and I hate doing it every time I need to. 

yeah, I don't like to do it too, however, there is some additional power in PSU to slowly ease miner off after you threw the switch-you can see it best if you have a fan powered by molex-it will be several seconds before it stops, so i don't think that it is such a big deal.

you must have low electricity cost. I am actually thinking of cutting down my home mining with ~10.5c/kwh power.

I can't directly answer your question, but I've tested closing top and bottom off. It moves temps ~1.5C, not record breaking, and that's SEALED top and bottom rather than more plates which won't seal.

Therefore I could sell my GPUs (6x R9 280x and 3x r9 290) and switch them for ASICs. But lately GPU mining is dieing so hard. It was fun early, when coinlaunches were made. But there are so less coinlaunches in last time because of all the scams. The cards have been running on Nicehash since over 2-3 months now.

I think I'm gonna get one of those nf-12. I need the miner a bit more quiet at a longer distance. I can hear it from in my kitchen which is down stairs and around the corner from my stairs and the miner is literally at the top of the stairs. I don't mind hearing it if I'm by my desk or walking up the stairs but not throughout the house. Thanks for letting me know that they are not quiet but from a distance they are not noticeable.

Thanks for the hardware error explaination. So a few hardware errors is almost expected when temps climb, but when hardware errors climb exponetionally, it's a problem. I've cranked the miner up to 300Mhz or about 1Th/s. Temps went up to 61 and 57. Within an hour I got 1 hardware error. It's been at this setting now for almost three hours and still at 1 hw. I like your range of 60-65c it's more realistic to real computing.

There is no other way to turn them off but its not a problem and you're essentially doing the same process as on a computer. Software gets itself in order, hard drive does some final shutdown operations, then motherboard flicks the control pin on the 24 pin ATX to the PSU. That triggers the PSU to turn off. You'd be doing exactly the same with your antminer switch.

Thank you for the update.  Sometimes, miner can freezes just like any other computers, but when it happens, if you simply physically power it off and power it back on, most of the time, it will fixes the problem.

That was fixed in the first firmware revision and was a known bug. You can download the latest S5 firmware here.

Thanks for your kind words. I guess only some of the causes were fixed in this version, probably the most frequent. On original stock I frozen within 2 days, on this one I haven't frozen since it was released.

Yes you can run 2 S5 off of 1 EVGA 1300W Gold Supernova. The 2 S5 at factory 350MHZ pulls about 1200W at the wall. I would not recommend the Corsair 1200W simply because the cost difference is not worth it $310 Corsair vs $170 EVGA 1300W. The efficiency difference between Gold and Platinum PSUs is slim, and you would probably end up getting the same efficiency because the Corsair would be at 100% load, where the EVGA would only be at a 90% load. Also you have zero room for overclocking on the Corsair and you might even need to underclock to fit both.

I have smaller fans on mine and they pull together, 1170W at the wall. I'm running 120mm Delta replacement fans that push about 150 CFM.

That's a good question. Because at that ratio they would need to be selling for $289/ea. and they have never sold at the price. $340 was the lowest single price and even the 52x batch is currently priced at $350/ea. Not to mention that's not including shipping either.

Yes, the stock fan is loud at over 70 DB. I've got 2 different fans that I'm trying out. Both are hooked up externally, running 100% on a molex adapter.

1 is using Delta AFB1212HHE-F00 120mm Case cooler 2900 RPM 120.07 CFM rated 44DB
so far this one is keeping my temps at around 55C and is only creating 50DB noise

1 is using Delta AFC1212DE 120mm x 38mm 4 Wire/5 Pin PWM 1.60A Max Speed: 3900 RPM Air Flow: 148.34 CFM
This one is a little noiser and runs at around 58 DB
